The day crew is great, the night crew is ok. My disappointment is the stale donuts @ night and nobody to make them fresh. The night crew makes muffins only & get their donuts delivered after midnight.
They didn't have what I ordered and couldn't refund me because I ordered from the app. He didn't provide me with any proof that I didn't get my order. He advised me they could check the camera to confirm I didn't receive it.
What makes it special is that the donuts are baked fresh in-house every morning, and you can absolutely taste the difference. The French Cruller was light, airy, and perfectly glazed with just the right amount of sweetness. It had that delicate texture that’s crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and practically melts in your mouth.

Dunkin' offers delightful lattes, but some wish for a larger size. An employee named Anis provided exceptional customer service by remaking a customer's iced caramel latte. Despite occasional crowding, the restaurant is convenient for shoppers needing a public bathroom.
