“The donuts are very yummy but the wait time is outrageous.
I presume the job kinda stinks because every time I go in there, the person behind the register & the people making the donuts look bored & unhappy.
If they're trying to fake being happy & pleasant, they're not very good at it.
Honestly, I don't judge them too harshly on it, customer service is rough.
The donuts are delicious. The coffee isn't but I'm EXTREMELY picky about coffee so don't go by me there.
I'll keep going from time to time because as long as the donuts stay tasty, it's worth the wait time (still wish they'd shorten it a bit tbh).“

“I go to New York City once year: My co-workers and I take a group of theater students, we see 8 broadways shows, I get a *carrot cake donut* at the Doughnut Plant in Grand Central Station, and I’m a happy girl for one more year. “First time trying K-Munchies. Came in with my 3yo son and instantly greeted by the husband of the adorable husband-wife duo. Ordered the single smash burger and twist donut with Umma's coffee. He was such a humble and kind soul and even offered for me to wait in the car to which he would bring out the food for us but we opted to wait inside for the food and had a great conversation and a few laughs. Food came out quick and was delicious. Whatever that smashburger sauce is was so good. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed the twist donuts. If you're in the neighborhood and need some comfort food to warm up the soul or be a glutton with a good ol' smashburger, this is the place to be. “My family loves this bakery. Whenever we are in the neighborhood we stop by for some sweets. Their mochi donuts are always fresh and the croffles never disappoint. I love the variety of croffles they have…my daughter has had the both the strawberry and nutella croffles and she loves them both. Coffe isn’t bad either.“

I was ordering mochi donuts and debated picking my last flavor, when the lady behind the counter mentioned the s’mores flavor was really popular and that it didn’t contain gelatin. She saw me in a hijab and abaya and knew to inform me that I could even consider the s’mores flavor as an option. For religious dietary reasons, I usually don’t bother gravitating towards anything with marshmallow, as most places use pork gelatin. I left the shop smiley about customer service and trying a flavor I don’t usually have the luxury of getting. This kind of service where vendors are culturally aware is rare - even in a diverse city like NYC. Definitely was a first time experience at a place that doesn’t explicitly cater towards Muslims or halal eating customers & it meant so much!! “This little cafe is right next to the exit of Food Bazaar. I got there just before close and grabbed 2 egg tarts. She mentioned that she was about to get rid of them, so they must get or make them fresh each day. Even though they were the last of the day, they were still nice and warm. The crust was so flaky, and the custard was the perfect texture. The young lady was very nice and helpful. Lots of parking since it's in the shopping center. Check them out if you're in the area.“

Would have been better if they had all the flavors they typically offer and you can tell that some of the ones they had left had been sitting there for a while. When they come out fresh, they taste great and the flavors they have like Oreo, Uber, Cappuccino, Strawberry, and Matcha are typically good.“

“The Mango Mousse cake is fantastic. It comes in different sizes: single-serve or birthday cake. Top mango layer is dense and creamy. Middle layer is whipped mango mousse. Bottom layer is chocolate cake. Overall, very fresh and fragrant. Give it a try!“

“I love a good Diner and this is my favorite one in NYC as of today. The menu is huge and I can’t wait to try everything. Went this morning and got a Chicken Parm Sandwich and my girlfriend got a Cuban, both were delicious. The Texas fries were so good. You need to try this place (especially if you’re hungover)“

This location seems to be fairly new and very clean for the most part, the place is very spacious clean and has a variety of things to choose from. I chose a personal pepperoni and a plain as they were two for $8.I also noticed that they make sandwiches as well. Next time I will check out their big shop to see what they offer. This time I was unable to do so because my Uber showed up quicker than I expected.“

“New looking, really clean Dunkin. Very busy with an ample, engaged staff. No texting behind this counter. Coffee is hot, fresh and delicious. Pick up counter is busy, and fast. Ample seating. Like an old time coffee shop, you can nurse a cup of coffee with no one to rush you out.“

“The coffee was very good, they have very good service and the store was clean overall. I ordered a coffee with the breakfast sand which coupon. I told the worker I was using a coupon and that I also needed the free sandwhich and he agreed. When I got my order I only got my coffee and I was waiting for my sandwhich. He started telling me I never told him I needed the sandwhich when I clearly did. Other than that the experience was wonderful.“

The management should do something about this because it is a problem for customers. Overall, service and food was great and served quickly.“
