About Dunkin' Donuts

Dunkin' is a popular spot with many loyal customers who appreciate its consistent drinks and friendly atmosphere. Several reviews highlight that the drinks, especially coffee, are often made well and on point, with some customers mentioning their daily visits and love for the new look of the store. The staff receive mixed reviews; some praise the amazing service from the manager and the staff's friendliness, while others point out issues like rude behavior from cashiers and mistakes in orders, such as charging for more shots than ordered or incorrect drink preparation. The recent opening of a new location has brought a positive change in the environment, and customers enjoy the new space and free samples. However, there are comments about the coffee quality not always meeting expectations, with some finding it less flavorful compared to other Dunkin' locations. During busy mornings, wait times can increase, but overall, many customers still find the service fast and the atmosphere good. Improvements in coffee preparation and staff training could enhance the experience further.
