I would give a zero if it were available. The tall man is super rude. My friend and I ordered a 2 scoop cup of ice cream and a sundae. The sign said sundae had 2 scoops. My 2-scoop cup had much less than one scoop in it, but he guaranteed it was 2 scoops - even when I said it was less that half of what I always had. My friend's sundae had even less ice-cream. My expectations for dunkin donuts are not the same as a place with higher quality food and beverages. But I figured ice coffee should be safe. My goodness, it was like drinking iced water with milk. Almost no coffee flavor at all. And for $4. Some dunkin donuts seem to care about their products more than others - this is not one of those. Stay away.

Absolutely horrible I tried calling twice already, but it went to voicemail. They're also nice when we go in person but the food is good. Then you need to start answering their phones more often.
