Absolutely horrible I tried calling twice already, but it went to voicemail. They're also nice when we go in person but the food is good. Then you need to start answering their phones more often.

I would give a zero if it were available. The tall man is super rude. My friend and I ordered a 2 scoop cup of ice cream and a sundae. The sign said sundae had 2 scoops. My 2-scoop cup had much less than one scoop in it, but he guaranteed it was 2 scoops - even when I said it was less that half of what I always had. My friend's sundae had even less ice-cream. When we complained, he gave an explanation we could not understand (the sundae scoops were different) and turned his back on us. It used to be a great place for ice cream and coffee. No more.

My expectations for dunkin donuts are not the same as a place with higher quality food and beverages. But I figured ice coffee should be safe. My goodness, it was like drinking iced water with milk. Almost no coffee flavor at all. And for $4. Some dunkin donuts seem to care about their products more than others - this is not one of those. Stay away.

Slow as fuck for something that shouldn't take so long, they have like 5 things on the menu and apparently nothing else. Iced coffee is stale as hell with like 95% milk and syrup. The avocado toast tastes like burnt plastic on gummy bread. I hope they check expiration dates on their stuff. It looks all fancy inside but nah, man. They don't even call you for your stuff either, I had to guess which thing was mine because they say nothing and just put it on the counter unless you're right up front. The guy at the register put his fuggin' VISIBLY DIRTY-ASS GLOVELESS HAND in my face waiting for my money. I should've just dapped him up and left. Do me a favor and don't go to this Dunkin. You're better off at Starbucks where they actually put effort into your order instead of heavily scratching their gooch while pouring an "on-tap" coffee.

The store recently moved across the street. The new store is very modern and cool. They have a tap system like the bar for the cold beverages lolClean and fast service
