Clean and efficient. I place mobile orders here during the morning rush and I am able for the most part to get in and out without issues. There is a person specifically managing the order distributions which helps with the flow. When it gets really busy like on a Monday morning (attributed to some of their promos too like the free coffee offer with purchase), things can take be a bit of time within reason. while waiting for cuz to finish his tour , i stopped inside the local dd on lexington ave near 103th st to grab a toasted bagel and decaff cappy and to be honest its ok . the area is not the greatest but the criminals and undesirable types are most likely still sleeping or roaming the subways instead. this dd must be new cause i have not notice it before but its the typical dd serving typical dd stuff. giving 3 stars as the folks behind yhe counter seem friendly enough . not much...read full review

Finding a seat was a bit tough, and the line took around 15 minutes just to place an order. I feel like they could definitely speed up their process or hire more staff to make things smoother.
