“Wow, GREAT place to go if you like Coffee/Tea & donuts, but SO MUCH MORE that's great for spring & summer incl fantastic soft serve ice cream: They've got their own unique TOP Quality donuts that were somewhere between a beignet and a zeppole (I'm told that it's a Mochi donut) and the mouth-feel is like they are a fried donut with a lovely texture and fantastic chew! They have both a regular shaped donut and a kind of Flower shape that breaks into individual balled pieces of donut, so THAT worked well sitting on top of a soft serve ice cream cup and them injecting whichever flavor of soft serve you choose through the center and into the cup - Great combo that's very easily broken off into pieces to have bites with the soft serve which today was either Milk Cream or Thai Tea today along with the flavor varities of donuts - Glazed Donut – Classic, Coffee Toffee, Poppy Grapefruit, Toasted Coconut Bear Donut (Regular) – Chocolate, Cheddar, Lavender, Sugar Cream Puff Donut – Dirty Choco, Double Milk Tea, Matcha Custard, Strawberry I didn't see the limited edition peanut butter and jelly but I can tell you I was definitely satisfied!“
“I stumbled upon this small donut shop near my hotel. The man at the front was very friendly & cheerful.- Raspberry jam donut: the donut was soft & fluffy. There was lots of raspberry jam filling and my kid loved it.- Cannoli cream donut: the donut was soft but it was too much filling for my taste. The cream itself was creamy & good and wasn't too sweet.“
“First and foremost, their pastries are wonderful! Came in the morning when everything was well stocked. They had a variety of bomboloni (Italian fried doughnuts), croissants, cookies and muffins. They had at least 3 different flavors of bomboloinis (orange spritz, blueberry/raspberry, strawberry cream) and at least 4 type of croissants (butter, everything, basil cream cheese, espresso). There were even more but I've forgotten. I got two sweet and two savory ones plus an Americano. The total was $28 which in my opinion is a decent price for NYC. I saw a board outside that a breakfast sandwich and drip coffee combo is $9. Other than what's displayed, they also have a food menu. I noticed someone ordered an everything croissant with egg and salmon or prosciutto. It looked really good so I will definitely be going back for that. They have a large space. There are cozy seats and tables at the front. The back has plenty of tables and chairs. They even have a long bar table with high chairs against the wall opposite their open kitchen. They also placed a few tables and chairs on the sidewalk. Most importantly, they have one clean handicap assessable restroom. Next to that there is a storage area that they tried to shield with trees. I appreciate they try to make the space pretty and clean.“
“My opinion is 9.1/10. Def lived up to hype. I had the yuzu, has a lemon flavor and I did enjoy it. If back in the area would try other flavors I heard the boba is what they are know for. “A small place but worth a visit. The staff are very nice. I honestly asked for a matcha on their recommendation and it was delicious. It's not good to sit unless you're alone and it's fast because it's a little trick, but I will definitely come to them again. ?“
“I wish this bakery wasn’t down the street from my apartment… how am I supposed to achieve my summer body goals ? Everything is good there but my favorites are the old fashioned donut and chocolate explosion cookies… make sure to get there early they run out quick. The service also is great,Camila And Tempest are so lovely, they always know my order, makes me feel special.“
“I tried this place after hearing about it on Instagram. Me and my husband went after the Washington Heights 5K that he participated in. We came a little early because I thought they opened at 10 but then I realized today is Sunday and they open an hour later so we went into Marshalls to kill time. Me and my husband both got juice. It was the best juice I’ve ever tasted. Usually when I have fresh juice at another place, most times they are not served cold and refreshing, and this place I had it cold and refreshing how I love it. I am planning to come back again so I can try one of the sandwiches also. I hope maybe in the future they open up a location in Queens.“
“Great doughnuts, friendly staff! Love The Donut Pub!!! Favorites include blueberry, croissant doughnuts, and chocolate dippers, but I always try something new and am never disappointed!Vegetarian options: Vegan doughnuts are labeled and in a separate case.Dietary restrictions: Vegan doughnuts are labeled and in a separate case.“
“Went around Monday afternoon, was in the mood for something for a quick bite. When you walk in there is always a warm and cheerful welcome. Grace is always so kind and patient to customers who go in, was unsure of what to get yet she was so kind to explain the items the café provided. Decided to buy a bacon and cheese egg sandwich, K-corn dog, and Croffles. She was so kind explaining each ingredient and it’s uniqueness. 10/10 would come again!!“
“I walked in after a tough day visiting one of my adult children in the C-P hospital and walked into the best coffee shop experience I have had in NYC. Great coffee, seriously amazing jam donut, a delightful patron, great service and a wonderful tiny flipboard skate shop. I know where I am going from now when it comes to getting coffee here.“
“My go-to spot whenever I am back in the neighborhood to try new flavors but still must have the original flavor. I'm well over a decade older than the shop. *face palm, hides behind hands* I remember like it was just yesterday when it first opened. Grab and go kind of place. Not really made to sit around for a long time to chat with friends. The seating is not made for that at all!!“
“I was actually taken aback with this doughnut. I got the creme brulee. It was the best doughnut I've ever eaten. There was so much filling and the dough was soft but bready and it was just perfect. Sweet but not overly sweet. I haven't stopped thinking about it.The service was lovely and there are a few places to sit. I didn't love the iced coffee but try for yourself and see! Get the doughnuts though. I'll be back before I leave new york.“
“Chikalicious dessert bar remains my ultimate go-to for desserts! While I find it a tad pricey and stick to ordering the same dish every visit (fromage blanc), I still thoroughly enjoy the experience. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the desserts are both beautiful and delicious. It's the perfect spot to hang out with a few friends. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when they secretly took a picture of my friends and me, and printed it on a freshly baked cookie. Adorable touch!“
“The selection of Mochi Donuts is remarkable! They taste incredibly delicious and have the exact texture as the originals from Japan (e.g., those from Mister Donut). Mochi Mochi Donut is a small shop within a larger establishment with several small shops in Korea Town. The only downside is there are virtually no seating options, and even standing space is very tight and limited.“
“The coffee here is amazing! I always drink it black so can get a real taste of the roast, Zelma’s never disappoints. The ambience is cozy and relaxed, I love that they offer Wi-Fi and encourage people to work or read while there. Will definitely continue to come back :)“
“UNBELIEVABLY delicious mochinuts and boba. Everything is homemade and you can taste it. No artificial flavors as opposed to all the chain boba places. Such an adorable space. I had the strawberry lemonade which I drank in about 10 seconds because of how good it was. My friend d got the strawberry milk with boba which was equally delectable. And O.M.G those mochinuts! We tried four different flavors (nutella, dulce de leche, taro, and s’more) and we were gobsmacked. We were ascending from our seats. It was a spiritual experience. The S’more donut especially is a MUST try. Seriously. The quality of the chocolate and the complex flavors were insane!!You have got to give this wonderful, adorable, place a chance. And the owner was sooo so kind!YIPEEEE to finding a new fave place in the city!!!“
“The Krispy Kreme donuts at this store are different from other stores. You can watch the donuts being made and even receive a paper hat.Maybe it was just luck, but when I was watching them making donuts, I said, ``Do you like Krispy Kreme donuts?'' When I answered, ``Yes, of course,'' I received a freshly made original donut.Afterwards, there was a line of people watching to get donuts. What makes them different from Japanese Krispy Kreme donuts is their sweetness and shape. As expected, I feel the sweetness and fatness is stronger than in Japan. The shapes are not all the same as in Japan. (Similar to other donut chain stores in America)However, once you get used to it, the intense sweetness becomes addictive.(Nowadays, I find it hard to feel the sweetness when I eat Japanese chocolate...)These donuts are delicious, but if you're visiting from Japan and buying them, I think one donut is enough. They also sell original goods, so be sure to check them out.I think it's a good store to stop by while sightseeing.“
“A very lovely takeout counter on the UWS. I've gone here several times and everything is always really good.I enjoy their cinnamon rolls which are quite large, have a very good rise, and are not too sweet. The cinnamon rolls have a nice caramelization that happens on the bottoms and the bread itself is quite nice.I have had their lingonberry donut in the past, with skillfully made dough and the frosting very tasty and tart. The cappuccino has also been good, with a great foam.it's also very dog friendly. They often open the door to greet my dog and give her a treat, making this a great spot for the whole family!“
“This little doughnut shop was such a great find inside the Chelsea Market! The donuts are made fresh and rolled in your choice of sugar coating. I had the fruity cereal and the vanilla creamsicle (orange creamsicle) and they were soooo good! I was happy to see there are a couple around NYC but I wouldn't mind driving back down to Chelsea for these the next time I'm in town, they were that good.“
“I recently visited Krispy Kreme on 6th Avenue, and my experience was absolutely delightful! The aroma of freshly baked doughnuts as I entered was irresistible. The staff was friendly and efficient, making my visit even more enjoyable. The doughnuts were incredibly fresh, soft, and delicious, and the variety of flavors made it difficult to choose a favorite. I decided to go with "Original Glazed Donut". The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend Krispy Kreme on 6th Avenue for a sweet treat and friendly service. Can't wait to visit again!“
“Great happiness in this act of generosity, I sense. With Cantonese grandmas, enter through the door I did. Krispy Kreme, kind and bountiful, they are. Handing out free boxes of a dozen donuts, a gesture grand. Each donut, a circle of delight, sweet and light as the clouds of Dagobah. Joy, not just in the eating, but in the sharing with wise companions. Many smiles, they bring, to young and old. Gratified, I am, for such kindness in the galaxy. Recommend this place of sweet joy, I heartily do. To all who seek a taste of happiness, with friends or family, to Krispy Kreme, go you must.“
“Blissbomb was a very pleasant experience. They do NOT have a brick and mortar location. You have to go on their site, link is in Yelp, and place your order. The order will be processed through Grubhub or Doordash.I was amazed at how quickly my order was delivered..... right to my place of business. Another reason to try Blissbomb is....their donuts are baked, not fried. I ordered the Apple Cider Cinnamon donuts and they were delicious. All of their donuts are miniature, but they are packed with fresh flavor and bits of your selection, on top. With my order, it was pieces of cinnamon apple. The order comes in a secure box, with their flyer, and plenty of napkins. I'm very happy, that I experienced Blissbomb, because I will definitely reorder and recommend.“
“These are delicious mochi donuts ! Best I have found outside of Japan ! These are so light with an excellent texture and they don't have that heavy fried taste at all. I could do without the icing on the pumpkin donuts, as I don't like icing, so I just wiped it off and it was perfect.“
“Doughnut plant serves the best doughnuts in NYC! You can tell they use high quality ingredients in their products. Their filled donuts are incredible! The PB and J doughnut has jelly in every bite. Also the PB and the jam are made by them. They also have excellent coffee. I got some of their beans to make coffee at home and was very impressed.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: They have atleast one gluten free donut option available each day. Also all their sourdoughnuts are vegan.“
“I wanted to Say what a great Team of gentlemen that work here. Anthony helped and the team of Gents helped me with my order Sunday morning on a very cold day when I was trying to start my time off with sunshine. He really took the cold chip off my Shoulder and started our retail day so pleasant. I would have done the survey, but they are no longer on the receipts. Great job of being just amazing human beings. With a great spirit and great FRESH Doughnuts.“
“Krispy Kreme is the best Doughnut Chain restaurant in the US, and no one can convince me otherwise. The rate of consistency in their doughnuts is crazy. The doughnuts here are just as soft and fluffy as the ones down south, and the southern hospitality of the south is not lost in translation on its way up north. The original glazed is a classic that can never be beat and The rest of they're assortment never misses trully never felt disappointed trying a new flavor at a Krispy Kreme. I have no pictures to post because I ate 4 outside the door, another 4 before I reached home, and the rest only lasted 20 minutes inside the house. THE DOUGHNUTS ARE BEST WARM if you're walking by, and the hot sign is on DON'T WALK PAST.“
“My personal favorite shop in all of Harlem. The doughnuts are always fresh. The customer service is OK--I have never encountered anything at all. The employees are attentive, efficient and thoughtful and also respectful. I have a wonderful experience each and every time I go. I ❤ Krispy Kreme!“
“Stopped by Doughnuttery at Bryant Park Winter Village. I had a few minidonuts: Pumpkin Glazed Chocolate glazed It was very cool watching them make and I enjoyed the pumpkin the most and then glazed. I would love to see what else they make at their actual locations.“
“We got here at night time and the donuts were soft and fresh. There were so many different toppings for the donuts we didn’t know what to choice. The worker said he’ll make it for us and they were all delicious. My favorite was the cereal donut.8/10“
“Winners!!! I am already in love with the donuts, but the customer care is top tier. On Tuesday (08/01/2023) I was preoccupied gazing at the glaze and did not notice someone was literally violating my space and centimeters from touching me (s/b I have social anxiety and spatial orientation issues and was on my way to get my medication when I stopped here for a delectable treat). I hear the lady and gentleman from behind the counter yell “don’t touch her!” To my surprise they were vocally protecting me. I swear it felt like my soul was leaving my body, I was sooo shaken. It took a moment to collect myself, blink away the tears and reconvene with my task. Krispy Kreme caring for my stomach and my soul. Thank you staff at Fulton Center because the security was not securing at all!!! May God Bless You Both!! - Sincerely a happy customer“
“I walked in and it smells great. It was crowded and the place isn't very big. I ordered my friendsbday cake from here. The guy was so helpful and patient because I really didn't know what to get. I just kept saying I want a pretty cake. Lol yes I was that annoying customer. The cake was beautiful and it tasted good. It was a nice size for $40. Sidenote they also accept ebt if you need that service.“
“So I stopped by the union square holiday market location and I had a Tuscan Sandwich with Tuscan prosciutto, burrata cheese, truffle+porcini mushroom cream which was amazing!!. However this wasn’t my first visit!. On my first visit I had the Nutella bomboloni Which was also awesome!!.“
“This was a big DD site for just Dunkin, usually it shares site with Baskin Robbins but it was just donut shop. Clean, service was ow and overwhelming for staff. It's morning and yes you will have influx of people but it's what we sign up to do daily. I ordered new loaded hash browns- love it but no fork enclosed. I had to eat man style ( with my hands?! Shouldn't it been included) in a bowl. Coffee delicious loving the holiday flavors!!!Vegetarian options: Their are definitely options for vegan eaters for me I can do with out meat...so I like that you can order meatless items and very delicious indeed!“
“Honestly this is the best Dunkin in NYC. From the fresh sandwiches being made and the awesome workers been coming here over half a year. Met the manager once while he was making my food super chill guy and funny and the baristas Anika and Majid are great drink makers one time my drink tasted off and I wanted it sweeter they gave me a brand new drink that tasted great. So many great customer experiences I received from this store they’re pickup method is quick and easy say your name and order and your out the door. Every Dunkin should be like this!“
“(Translated by Google) The place is huge, a great experience because as soon as you wait in line you get to see the factory and the process. It's a lot of people but the line flows fast. You can buy souvenirs from the store too, and when you buy your Donuts they give you a little confectioner's hat. In this unit there is the version of a special 'big apple' Donut that only exists there costing 11 dollars.(Original)El lugar es enorme, una experiencia genial porque en cuanto haces la fila de espera consigues ver la fábrica y el proceso. Es mucha la gente pero la fila fluye rápido la. Puedes comprar souvenirs de la tienda también, y cuando compras tus Donuts te regalan un sombrerito de confeiteiro. En esta unidad existe la versión de un Donut especial 'big apple' que sólo existe allí costando 11 dólares.“
“They are super quick here especially if you order pick up, they'll have your order done in less than 5minutes although sometimes the workers can be a bit rude. I try to always order pickup and that way I don't have to deal with anyone.“
“Nice clean restaurant with friendly and welcoming staff. Asked them to make my milkshake the way I Love and enjoy it, and they did without any attitude or being rude. They had all ice cream flavors and seem to stay stocked up on one's I usually find are runout at other restaurants in the area. Small space with traffic at times and limited seating. Thank You for keeping your pace clean and having friendly and respectful staff. Will be back. Pics next time.“
“Right across from 92y . Quick & easy . First time trying the strawberry passion fruit refresher drink & I love it . Nice window seating to people watch . Also baskin robin’s ice cream & ice cream cakes ready & available . Pleasant service as well .Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap button to the right of the door for easy opening & accessible ramp leads up to counter .“
“I love this place it's Inside a mall in the actual train stop. But don't judge these doughnuts are everything. So good make right in front of you. My favorite flavor is apple cider but all the flavors are amazing.I usually get the box of 25 and get all flavors.“
“I've come to this location for YEARS. There has been a change in staff within the past month, and unfortunately the service has declined. I'm going to give 4 stars because I've come here with little to no issues over the years, I'm not going to let a month of poor service change my overall rating. If you order through the app, your items aren't ready when you go to pickup. They're burning the food/ overcooking. A few times the coffee has tasted off. Again, been ordering the same items for years so I know when something is off. They need a little more training, please provide. A loyal customer despite the recent issues.“
“One of the better Dunkin' donuts the people are very kind to those like me with disabilities. No nasty attitude just good clean service. I'm giving them five stars because when I say good morning they actually say good morning back.“
“The Dunkin was across the street from our hotel in Times Square and was a great way to start the morning as their food is priced the same as it is everywhere else in the US instead of being hiked up by $10 just because it is NY. You could get a breakfast sandwhich for $4-5. Everywhere else in NY you pay $10. And it was pretty good. We went there just about every morning to get our iced coffee and a bite.“
“this Dunkin’ location closed and moved a few storefronts to a smaller space. it is new, clean, and very clean—no seating though. standard Dunkin menu. ordered a small Caramel Cold Brew and it hit the spot on a sweltering summer day. staff was fast and friendly—as most of the drinks seem to be on a tap system. all the positives said— Dunkin seems to be raising their prices to align with Starbucks and in NYC, its locations seem to close early.“
“My Autistic son is obsessed with Donuts and once he enters he wants to just skip and get his donut ... while my son was screaming the staff was so nice and helpful they try to calm him down and sing to him...Once it was our turn he received his Donut and he was so happy but they showed care and concern. No negative reaction as a parent you worry how others may view your child but they made me feel comfortable.. Thank You.“
“The only Dunkin' close to me that has plenty of indoor seating. Service is fast and friendly. But if you're coming to Dunkin' Donuts for donuts, you're doing it wrong. They have free wi-fi and there's a LinkNYC connection right outside. They don't play music so it's a good quiet place to get some work done. Desperately needed since they closed my favorite Starbucks. Plus the coffee is cheaper. An all around win!“
“Clean and efficient. I place mobile orders here during the morning rush and I am able for the most part to get in and out without issues. There is a person specifically managing the order distributions which helps with the flow. When it gets really busy like on a Monday morning (attributed to some of their promos too like the free coffee offer with purchase), things can take be a bit of time within reason. Missing one star because customer service (which is beyond their control really due to language barriers which impact communication); overall well intentioned and pleasant interactions.“
“They are very fast BUT ... the guy thst's allowed to hang out in front, opening the door for customers is unnerving. During COVID 2020, he was there. I did slip him $ a few times. He now acts like this is his job. If I see him outside, I won't go in. Today, I placed an order for a neighbor by mobile & he was there. He is almost always there. He is never threatening or anything like that. I can understand the employees can't say anything because they might fear retaliation. I hoped that reporting it might be helpful.“
“I absolutely adore this Dunkin’ location. They are working in such a small space, but I almost never have to wait a long time for my drink, and it’s ALWAYS delicious which can be a rarity for Dunkin’. I love these workers and think they deserve all the kudos in the world. Thanks for being awesome!!“
“This 5 star rating goes to Mrs. Stephanie that works mornings here! She is so awesome and so sweet and makes the BEST frozen drinks. Granted the machine does the mixing but she rocks at it! Her customer service is top tier! You can tell she enjoys her work! Rather it’s busy are not she’s always smiling! Keep up the good work Stephanie! You ROCK!!“
“I normally recommend this bakery to everyone. However, yesterday morning I went to your Brooklyn location to bring home bombalones for family. This morning the strawberry on top on one is literally covered in mold. This is absolutely unacceptable! Unfortunately I'm already back out of state so I can't even come back to get an exchange. I spent around $75 yesterday.... and I get MOLDY food.“
