Absolutely amazing experience! We took a guess coming here and we found a treasure. The desserts were incredible. They accommodated a birthday party of teenagers and treat them with respect and the birthday girl like a rockstar.. thank you Kald.
The pastries are GORGEOUS, but I wasn't expecting my strawberry creme croissant to be among the top 3 croissant experiences OF MY LIFE. Wow! Normally if there's pastry creme inside a croissant it can be cloying or bland or gelatinous. This strawberry creme was EVERYTHING!!! A little tart, perfect sweetness balance, no sticky film on the tongue, no gelatinous gooey vibes. HOW DO YOU DO IT, ANGELINA?? HOW?!?!

I normally recommend this bakery to everyone. However, yesterday morning I went to your Brooklyn location to bring home bombalones for family. This morning the strawberry on top on one is literally covered in mold. This is absolutely unacceptable! Unfortunately I'm already back out of state so I can't even come back to get an exchange. I spent around $75 yesterday.... and I get MOLDY food.
