April 22 2024 - 12:30 . Requested for a small chocolate Gelato to go. Girl puts it in a mini cup with a small scoop and says here you go with no cover. After asking how am I supposed to carry that out she rudely responds "napkins are on the side". Over all a nasty reception and over charged for a mediocre tasting Gelato. Don't waste your time and money. There are many other better options in hells kitchen.

Food is great quality, however, the service is terrible. Every time I go they’re very under staffed and the wait time is unnecessarily long. Also, it’s insanely over priced but the food/bakery they serve is amazing.

My usual go to place is Zeppola’s for the bombolone and rolly croissants but I decided to check out Angelina’s. It was so disappointing. Both croissant and bombolones tasted stale. I just ended up wasting $30 on grocery store level pastries. I don't understand the raving reviews. Try Zeppola’s and you will see the difference.

Absolutely amazing experience! We took a guess coming here and we found a treasure. The desserts were incredible. They accommodated a birthday party of teenagers and treat them with respect and the birthday girl like a rockstar.. thank you Kald.
