The place is huge, a great experience because as soon as you wait in line you get to see the factory and the process. It's a lot of people but the line flows fast. You can buy souvenirs from the store too, and when you buy your Donuts they give you a little confectioner's hat. It's a 30 second walk from my hotel, which is good. The interior was clean and the employees friendly and service was prompt. No place to sit down, but that's not a deal breaker. Had a egg/cheeze/sausage on an English muffin which was very tasty. After reading the other reviews, I was expecting them to get my order wrong - they did - I ordered a donut and they forgot to give it to me. But the main reason for going was my coffee, which was just sort of "Meh". I've had way better...read full review

The food is great. I really think Dunkin' is famous for a reason. The service is really good too and pretty fast to complete your orders. The location is very original and, even if not for all, it describes what you are going to eat.
