The food is great. I really think Dunkin' is famous for a reason. The service is really good too and pretty fast to complete your orders. The location is very original and, even if not for all, it describes what you are going to eat.

Super nice place and delicious food but above all the prices are far lower than the standards of the place. Very kind staff. I recommend it very much.

Switched to another DD near by. Manager doesn't attend to customers, didn't care to hear what I ordered, just told me to wait for my drink. Meanwhile someone else walked out with my order. So after waiting for 5 minutes she realized to make me a new drink
(Translated by Google) The place is huge, a great experience because as soon as you wait in line you get to see the factory and the process. It's a lot of people but the line flows fast. You can buy souvenirs from the store too, and when you buy your Donuts they give you a little confectioner's hat. In this unit there is the version of a special 'big apple' Donut that only exists there costing 11 dollars.(Original)El lugar es enorme, una experiencia genial porque en cuanto haces la fila de espera consigues ver la fábrica y el proceso. Es mucha la gente pero la fila fluye rápido la. Puedes comprar souvenirs de la tienda también, y cuando compras tus Donuts te regalan un sombrerito de confeiteiro. Good place and good service….

It's a 30 second walk from my hotel, which is good. The interior was clean and the employees friendly and service was prompt. No place to sit down, but that's not a deal breaker. Had a egg/cheeze/sausage on an English muffin which was very tasty. After reading the other reviews, I was expecting them to get my order wrong - they did - I ordered a donut and they forgot to give it to me. But the main reason for going was my coffee, which was just sort of "Meh". I've had way better coffee at Dunkin locations elsewhere.I knocked off a star for the forgotten donut and meh coffee. Nevertheless, given the location and apparent absence of alternatives within decent walking distance, I'd still be back. Who knows, maybe this morning was an off day and the coffee will be better next time.EDIT: I returned two more times. My conclusion is unchanged: the food is good, the coffee is meh, and they got my order wrong. I ordered a sausage, egg, cheese sandwich on a bagel and it arrived on a croissant. She repeated my order back to me wrong (twice) and I corrected her (twice) and it was still wrong. I returned a third time - and this time everything was fine. Food was good and they got the order right.I think the problem is that the workers don't seem to be native English speakers so they might not understand what you're saying. When your order is ready, the call it out and I can barely understand what they're saying so I'm sure miscommunication happens in both directions.
