Visited on a Saturday morning and it was packed but they move quickly. Grab a ticket as soon as you get in! There is no seating here, but they have two benches outside (that will likely be occupied if it's busy). They also sell coffee, chocolates, and other foods!“

Bagels to Sandwich is such a great spot in New York! The atmosphere is hip and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Ordering is easy with the self-service screens, and the food comes out quickly.

I tried the iced latte, which comes in a really fun clear can with a soda-style top. The coffee itself was just okay, but the presentation was fantastic.

The star of the show was the everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese, cucumbers, and tomatoes and it was absolute perfection. The bagels are truly some of the finest in New York, and the vegetables were fresh and delicious.

“Utopia Bagels is definitely one of the best bagel places in New York, and after my visit, I can understand why it's so highly rated.

The bagels were fresh, delicious, and lived up to the hype. But what impressed me even more was the staff. They were always smiling, friendly, and more than happy to help, especially for first-time customers who weren't familiar with the menu. They patiently explained the different options without making us feel rushed.

To be honest, this kind of genuine customer service is becoming harder to find, especially in a busy metropolitan city like New York. It really made the whole experience even better.

“I come here every time I come to NYC. It's my favorite spot in the city. Today they had too much brown sugar cinnamon butter so they gave me some extra free. While I waited for my order, they gave some other people free bagels twhile they waited. You can watch them make the bagels fresh just behind the counter.“

“So happy with our experience here, friendly counter staff, pleasantly surprised also that we easily got indoor seating on a Sunday around lunch time. Place was clean and lots of natural light. I had the “Leonardo” bagel on a gluten-free everything bagel, it was delicious!“

Tge cream chese was actually silky and saucy i would say. Following that the vibe was great there is always a line you can sit outside on the bunch or inside too. They do give freshly pressed orage juice. One of the must go to spot. So dont miss it“

“Broadway Bagel is good for a lot of things but it's better to tell you what its not good for because it's smaller. their pastrami, very chewy & fatty. I got a wrap & was horrible because I was fighting with the pastrami to bite off a piece & then getting fat in your mouth is disgusting. At times when I get a breakfast sandwich with bacon it's like that's when they choose to hide fatty bacon instead of giving you well cooked bacon. How does an establishment do that to their customers? The tuna wrap w/ French fries, I usually order but now they're adding lettuce when before it was onions & avocado now they're putting celery & adding lettuce. why did they mess with such a great sandwich? Certain staff I work with like their blueberry pancakes, homefries, BLT. But like I said too many times I bought a BLT & it was filled with a lot of fatty bacon. I look at my food before I eat it. They used to have different flavors of OJ, Mango/Pineapple, Strawberry/Banana/Orange, but now all they have is regular OJ. They're changing how they made stuff and they changed the working crew so all I can say is I mostly get breakfast. It's hit & Miss for a lot of things because I like my food the way anyone having a business should make the food for their customers; with love & as best as possible.“

“This is an excellent New York style bagel deli. Amazing breakfast bagel sandwiches. I love the toasting and scooping options. everything is very fresh and piled high. It is not inexpensive, but once you eat it, you will agree that it is well worth it. This is the best.“

“My only complaint about this place is that we didn't go the first morning we were in NYC. The kid and I each got a BEC on a plain bagel and two waters. “Standard NY bagel place. The neighborhood shop in Washington Heights. Crunchy and chewy, like a bagel should be. Had a slight chemical flavor to them. Maybe a weird batch...I'll still try them again.

Cream cheese flavors made on-site. You know because it's not mixed perfectly and there's still some chunks.

All in all, you know it's fresh here.“

It felt authentic and where the locals go to grab their food. As a tourist, I definitely felt inexperienced.
Even though there’s a lot on the menu, make sure to go in what an idea of what you fancy or else you were be taking awhile to decide.
People come and go very quickly.
Service was super quick.
Big portions.
We decided to eat inside. There were plenty of tables and chairs and it was not overcrowded so we could eat our food in peace and catch a break in-between our chaotic day.

“I got an everything pumpernickel flagel(seemed more like a bagel). Bagel was very fresh and tasty. Staff were courteous and friendly. The seating was ample and comfortable. Check it out, it doesn’t disappoint. I’ll be back for sure.“

“Baconeggandcheese on a rainbow bagel. And yes it's ONE word. 🙂 They are known for their super colorful rainbow bagels. So I had to get a baconeggandcheese on it. With salt, pepper and mayo. It was super delicious. At $10, it is a little on the more pricey side for a bagel but I think it was worth it. On average, bagel sandwiches in NYC usually go between $6 and $8 now a days. So it's not that overpriced actually. I also had to try the pizza bagel which was also amazing. The sauce and the cheese and pepperoni. Amazing. My fave was the baconeggandcheese on the rainbow bagel though.
