I am not on GF diet or have allergies to gluten, but this looked so much like a plain bagel that I had to try it. I took one bite of the gluten free bagel, the texture and taste was like a regular bagel. I told my husband (he is GF) to not eat it. I watched the employee gave me a GF bagel, so I know there wasn’t a mistake. I’m just shocked by how much this taste like a regular bagel.
Excellent NY bagelshop and close by to Herald Square. The bagel was excellent consistency and the amount of schmear was ideal. Pick up one of their butter cookies while you're there for
