Starbucks Coffee Company is a great spot for a warm drink on a cold day. The location is inside the Empire State Building, so it does get crowded, but the energy adds to the NYC vibe. They offer free Wi‑Fi, plenty of charging outlets, and a clean, modern seating area. The Tiramisu here was excellent — rich, flavorful, and a perfect pairing with coffee. Some customers found the coffee not that good, possibly due to being used to Italian coffee. The service is excellent, with staff like Kendy, Cris, Hao, and Abby described as kind, polite, and helpful. One manager jumped right into action and grabbed a sizeable bag of ice for a customer in need. A barrister offered to craft a tea recommendation for a first-time visitor and was willing to remake it if not liked. Another customer ordered a lemonade with Dragon fruit and mango, which was pretty good. The staff keeps things moving quickly despite the crowds. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable stop with great coffee, tasty desserts, and a unique location.
