Food is above average.The place is at least pretentious, with a neutral tone mid-century decor.Just a Starbucks spin-off for upscale, peaky customers.We entered the place (it was 90% empty). A condescending hostess asked us not to sit at the table we just sat and revert to the entrance, to check wether we had a reservation and wether a table was available (really?!).After we made faces and argued this was unnecessarily for such a place, she agreed that we return to the table.A...read full review
Very cool 3 story Starbucks inside the Empire State Building . Has free restrooms and very nice staff. More fancy than other Starbucks and even sells pizza.Wheelchair accessibility: Stairs down and up. There might be a elevator
