How is possible you order one coffee and the lady Zuleima charged you for 3 coffee 16 dollars, and you talked yHer I just ordered one you give her the credit card and she charge you for 3 coffee and refund the others two, now I need to wait days to get that money back. Just becomes she did not fixed the account. Digusting, dark and dirty, this little hole-in-the-wall franchise is staffed by folks who basically don't want to be there.Poor customer service and cold, stale products.Avoid.

I ordered a decaf, they told me they didn't have decaf... I had been ordering a decaf latte via mobile order from this location for months. This was the first time I ordered in person...Turns out they were putting regular espresso in my coffee the whole time, just a little less than a regular latte
