Every chance I'm in Koreatown and have that craving for fried chicken Pelicana is my go to place. I love the Pelicana special because you can customize it. During the summer I love their frozen beers. If you and a friend want a cheap good eat I recommend splitting the Pelicana special there's plenty for two.
There are a lot of chairs for dine in. I came weekday around 2.30 and still easily find seat to eat.
The people are friendly and the place is clean. There is rest room in third floor too!

I had some of their Korean Fried Chicken with the onions, This past Sunday was delicious , great sauces you can choose from . Definitely recommend them and worth going back
