“On the way through from financial district to chinatown, we stopped by for a few drinks and a small snack. Our server Alex was a great person being. So kind and direct, we from Austria are not used to it!We loved our stay and it is a have to visit when we return to this beautiful city.“
“The food was delicious!! I recommend everyone to get the half soy half spicy drumsticks. Played great music all night even had a little tv where you can see video of whichever song is currently play and I thought that was a nice touch. Has a beautiful rustic decor with lots of records/albums around. The staff were great and super friendly. Would definitely go back“
“- If your looking for one of the best burgers you ever had, or just something to stand out from the onslaught of restaurants in Times Square area, Dark Side Of The Moon is the place to visit. Not only is it one the best names in restaurant history, it is one of the best burgers I've had nationwide. What really stood out was their choice of exotic meats. You can choose from alligator sausage, kangaroo, bison, elk, camel and yak burgers and they even have wild boar tacos. The yak burger stood up to their claim that it is the best meat they offer. Never have I had such a flavorful burger. Who knew yak would be so delicious. The owner was not only the host but also the server and worked hard to make the experience memorable. It's always a pleasure to see an owner who cares enough to work the trenches to assure his diners leave happy and satisfied. Will definitely return as there is a plethora of menu options still to try. If you have a chance to stop by and try their burgers I suggest you do just that.“
“One of the best seafood boils you can hope for!We were visiting NYC for 10 days, and I'm glad we found this place on our fourth day.It was soooo good that we had to go there twice! The people are so nice too.I've been back home for 3 days now, and I'm already craving their food. It's definitely recommended.“
“Been there yesterday to taste the best cheesesteack of NYC...And it was so aweseome that I ve gone back there today too, to eat another awesome cheesesteack ! The beers are good too, good choise of draft :) The employees are kind and warm, always smiling :). I will for sure recommend this place and go back there on my next NYC trip ! If you guys can comz to France and open some awesome bars there, would be awesome !“
“It's a cozy, atmospheric place. The service is great and pleasant. Very welcoming vibe and cozy place to sit and enjoy. Staffs are polite and doesn't feel rushed like other places. Thai food is always a healthy and great selection of bubble tea.Kid-friendliness: Ambiance is playful with comfortable lighting and seating.“
“I loved the honey tangy bbq wings very good on the sauce. I believe you should add more fries when ordering a meal cause I had the chicken sandwich and just a lil bit of fries, Definitly should work on that but overall it was good thank you!“
“I thought I would try Burger Mania for my first time. I ordered the Manic Cheese deluxe. The burger itself was fine, but the patty was thin and meant for a smaller appetite. I also had fries, and they were okay, but they were the type with a coating on, but overall, they were average. I also got a side of 5 wings and found them tough and not as succulent as I would have expected. I ate just 3 of the 5. I myself will most likely not return, but if you are nearby and looking for a quick meal, then it may be for you.“
“Hands down! Great staff, great atmosphere, great food! The menu selections are outstanding and the taste of all the food we tried was unbelievable. I'm still dreaming of the Fried Dumpling. Succulent, tasty flavors, and holds together.“
“Coqodaq, founded by the masterminds behind Cote, presents a tantalizing twist on fried chicken in the heart of NYC. From the moment you step inside, the sleek ambiance and aroma of sizzling chicken promise a memorable dining experience. I recently visited with friends and savored their renowned chicken. However, while the food exceeded expectations, some diners have noted occasional inconsistencies in portion sizes and wait times during peak hours. Nonetheless, Coqodaq stands as a beacon for fried chicken aficionados, offering a delightful fusion of flavors and a chic atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more“
“We love coming to this location. They have a huge selection of plushies and it wasn’t too hard to win the minis. We saw a couple get real lucky, winning almost all the ball ones in just a couple of tries.Don’t skip the popcorn chicken, honey butter fries, and whipped boba. So good!“
“We went to the city to pick up family, and my husband wanted to eat. OMG, the chicken wings and drumsticks were exceptional. Double battered fried chicken ?. Crisp, however so juicy and NOT dry. The chicken is made to order and that keeps it FRESH. The dipping sauces were so flavorful too. Tried the kimchi and it didn't disappoint. We live in Westchester and look forward to driving to NYC soon.“
“Wife and I strolled in here to grab a quick bite….the food was so good we stayed way longer than expected. Most of the dishes here have a slight southeastern Asian influence and it works!! We had a pulled ribeye sandwich with a curry slaw on top that was just put if this world! Followed by a chicken tostada and then 2 empanadas!! My wife and I felt like we were in heaven!!“
“Love the chicken here, sometimes I wish it was more chicken than bread but amazing sauces and marinades. I also wish they had sides that aren't too big to go with the chicken like rice options. Amazing service and coordination from the staff, they also have security present at all times.“
“Decent bar, with a cool but chilled vibe. Not too busy and the food was great. We tried the wings and pancakes, which were both great with the wings being a bit too spicy but that was probably what Korean food was about. We did not do karaoke but overall it was worth the “
“When I come I always look for Nani. She has a beautiful personality and she makes amazing drinks. I recommend Kanu to all my friends to come see Nani. Her service is great. If you need a nice atmosphere and great service come see Nani. The food and drinks are a plus.“
“Raising Cane’s a very touristy, but yet still has great chicken fingers, fries, and a fun atmosphere. I don’t normally go to Times Square restaurants, but since I live in the South, it was hard to resist not stopping in! You’ll enjoy it especially at night!“
“I love this spot. It’s exactly the kind of place where you can come after a long day and just relax for a second. The owner is the sweetest and the food is delish. Everything is also so reasonably priced. One of my favorite parts of the neighborhood.“
“I purchased a simple pepperoni pizza to go. The pizza was absolutely delicious! At first I glance it seemed a little greasy but then realized that was because the cheese is top quality and double cheese the thickness! They asked if I needed plates, napkinss and alll the pizza condiments before I even thought to bring it up. Very courteous/friendly, extremely clean, great food and professional attention to even the smallest details. Also a impressive variety of pizza by the slice that all looked delicious.“
“Went with my brothers to catch up. We were sat right away. Food was really good but the nachos are just incredible. A huge plate that will fill you up easily if you’re not careful. And the sauce that comes with the Sliders was probably the best sauce I’ve ever had. It was some sort of chipotle sauce. A little pricey but I would go back, it’s a great sports atmosphere.“
“Totally loved my experience here! The chicken was soooo GOOD and DELIGHTFULLY DELICIOUS!!! Tina, my waitress, made it even better! Her customer service and welcoming hospitality was above and beyond.!!! Thank you Tina and whoever FRIED THIS CHICKEN!!! If you don’t clean the bone then you didn’t eat good chicken!!! ♥️♥️ Definitely coming back again!!“
“Hands down best halal I’ve ever had in NYC of all Burroughs. Everyone I know is obsessed with them including our whole office, we placed a large order which Rocky took and everyone that worked that day did such a great job. Seriously you will not regret, just be aware you may become addicted!“
“This is some good ole southern food?! Fried chicken 20 stars!!! I’ve been to this place 3 times already, I always get the veggie plate, which is 4 sides. I get greens, cabbage, black eye peas, & pot salad or string beans. Now normally I don’t get nobody’s pot salad because since our generational grandmothers have all passed away , no one can do it right ?…. But baby pan fried did ?.. I was impressed?. Somebody over 40 made that pot salad ?. The only thing I haven’t taste , was the Mac n cheese ( my heartburn be killing me ) I can’t do all those cheese at this age & the yams. The honey they use to put on the chicken is good ( I had mines on the side ) & the cheesecake is good good good !!!?. The staff is really friendly, from the front to the back. Very nice black owned business ❣️“
“Awesome $4 slices. Perfect for any time or late night cravings. BBQ chicken pizza had more sauce than I would have liked but still good. They’ve got all the basics, margherita, Hawaiian, pepperoni and some other stuff like garlic rolls and square slices (not quite Detroit style).Friendly folks operating the place. Counter space for dining in. Would love to swing by again if I’m in the area.“
“Enjoyable food, service , and vibe. Fried Chicken is DELICIOUS. So were tacos, Kim chi pancakes, Kimchi fried rice, and bulgogi with rice and corn cheese. Service was outstanding, very attentive. Really cool vibe, just really "chill relax". Definitely a place to visit again“
“Have always enjoyed Wogies - great food and fun atmosphere. Leaving a review here because I was especially happy with the service during my last visit: David is a terrific bartender - very welcoming, hard working and positive. Glad one of my favorite spots in FiDi found him!“
“We just ordered dinner tonight, and it’s one of the best meals I’ve had in a year. Delivery was fast and very well-packaged, and the food is incredible. The Korean meatloaf. The ribs. The loaded tiger tots. Every bite was better than the last. Tender, perfectly seasoned meat that gives the usual names a run for their money. We took a leap of faith and tried the BBQ jackfruit and were blown away, I recommend it. Prices are more than reasonable for the generous portions and inventive menu. The strawberry soju cake did not disappoint either. We plan to add Memphis Seoul into our usual rotation from now on!“
“I loved Chunky Boss! I came 2 days in a row. The person at the counter is knowledgeable of the menu and gives great recommendations on the best items to order. I highly recommend the pepper flavored chicken cutlet, fries and lychee green tea combo. SO good! I will definitely come back again when I visit NYC next time!“
“I got the three-piece fried chicken with collard greens and sweet potato. Everything tasted fresh, and tasted great. Cornbread was a nice size, especially with three pieces of chicken. I also had the iced tea which was good. But it's a takeout place mainly. They do have some inside high tops outside.“
“really nice place! we got the buffalo boneless wings to go, with blue cheese sauce on the side. the place was clean, and the wings were still crispy by the time we got home. they tasted great and fresh, they had a very nice crunch to them! i would get these again.“
“THE BEST PLACE EVER !!! my best friend took me to lunch to Cocu and ever since then there is no place in NYC I would order chicken. You do have to try it for yourself. Chris, the owner, is super welcoming and accommodating. oh, and did I mention Frozé? prices are beyond reasonable.“
“My crew stopped in for an early bite after work. The bacon cheddar burgers came quickly and were wonderful! Dermot, the owner, was just great. He sat and told us stories about his home in Ireland and how he got to this place. We work at the college around the corner several times a year and will definitely go back.“
“I’ve seen so many videos on social media about this place that I had to try it. The fact that it is located a few blocks from my house also encouraged me to try it.Rokstar Chicken Harlem is located on the second floor of the building. The space is also shared by the Food Bizarre but you can’t miss Rokstar. You have to place your order on the screen that is located at the counter.I order a medium order of chicken wings, which brings 10 wings, with Korean Sweet Chili. My order took about 15 minutes. If the wait is something you would like to avoid, you can order on their website ahead of time. They have three tables along the wall for you to eat your meal, which I should have done because I felt my wings weren’t as hot as they should be (I walked home which took about 8 minutes).I definitely recommend these wings with the same sauce I ordered. The wings are juicy with a crisp texture and the sauce has a kick to it but it’s not overwhelmingly spicy.I will definitely be returning.“
“The pizza was actually fresh and it actually cost ninety nine cents. This was the only time in New York when I did a double take upon being told the total cost of my meal. It's one of those places where you can't exactly understand why *everyone* doesn't eat here for lunch. Accepts cards.“
“Wow it was so good I forgot to take a picture when they brought it out. I was too busy eating. I am SOOO HAPPY there is finally a HALLAL chicken and waffle place… and it’s actually really good. I will drive coming back - especially since it’s such a good value for the amount of food you get. Also to those that care: customer service is really good“
“They are by far the best of the locations in Manhattan. They make a buldak with chicken breast which is addicting, they switched to chicken thigh but sometimes will make a special order for me when ordering in quantity. Love those guys! My late night location. I have ordered from there up to 3-4 times a weeks. Food Quailty is amazing for semi fast food.“
“What a lovely place! On a rainy day, I stopped into this local gem and had the most warm and cozy bowl of soup... Everything there is fresh and made to order. I don't eat onions, garlic, or scallion... very few places actually are able to do that. I have always gotten my food exactly how I order it here. Delicious food served with kindness and impeccable service!“
“Absolutely love Mellers specially when handsome wonderful bartender Stephen work's at the bar he will make you feel like you are home he it's a very kind professional young man great selection of drink's and food highly recommending..“
“This place has blessed me with the opportunity to experience the most delicious, mouthwatering, god damn mothafuckin celery of my life, i didn't even chew it, it was so damn good. thank you Dan and John, I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hell yeah“
“My family drove from Philadelphia Pa. to find out this gem in the city. The service and staff and the quality of the food was very good. But it wasn't just that the staff welcome us like family with open arms of friendship that comes from love. This bar has the most friendliestatmosphere in the city of New York!!. I would recommend this place to everyone who comes to New York. Thank you for your hospitality.“
“Price to size of slice you get is amazing. Wouldn’t say it’s the best pizza per se, but you can’t get a better value than this - this is why I’m giving 5 stars. Also this location has a line up so they are always serving hot and fresh pizza.“
“Papery, bland pizza that can be had for $.99 close to the heart of Times Square. Dual checkout lines each with a terminal for cards guarantee quick throughput. The knock is that the dollar is stretched as thinly as possible here, which means thin crust, a skimpy amount of cheese, and a sauce base that doesn't extend to the traditional beginning of the crust. The crust area can be twice as wide as you'd expect, and with no lip. There is a unique pleasure in getting three pieces of pizza for $3.27 in NYC (when paying by card). However, the proportions here are not sustainable for a big eater.“
“2nd time here and with great experiences. Our waiter was Tyrone and when I say EXCEPTIONAL service! He was the best! I would come back and ask for him lol. But overall great experience, I will make Las Lap a stop every time I'm in town!“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at iPizzaNY, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! Their fried chicken is simply out of this world - crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Not to mention, their pizza selection is top-notch, offering a delightful variety to satisfy every craving. What really sets iPizzaNY apart is their inviting dining room ambiance. It's the perfect setting to sit down, relax, and savor every bite of your meal. And let's not forget about the ice cream vending machine - what a fun addition! It adds an extra element of excitement to the dining experience. To top it all off, the music at iPizzaNY is fantastic, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Whether you're a fried chicken aficionado, a pizza enthusiast, or simply looking for a great place to dine, iPizzaNY is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!“
“Been on a chicken sandwich tour and I really enjoyed mine here. The fries were some really crispy shoestring fries and they tasted great, but they do veer on the more oily side as far as taste goes. The portions for the fries are solid, a small was enough that you could comfortably split it with a friend. The place itself was really neat and had plenty of seating. Self checkout kiosks are available and the wait time for the food was pretty standard. Would recommend, enjoyed the spot a lot“
“Visited New York with my mum and we came here for dinner one night, the music was great, good amazing and staff very attentive. We ended up coming here almost every night of our holiday. If I’m ever in New York again. I’d definitely come back. Highly recommend the chicken with garlic parm “
“Pelicana has good Korean bar food at a great price! Their fried chicken was phenomenal -- perfectly crispy on the outside, with hot and juicy meat waiting under the skin. I feel creepy writing that sentence, but it's 100% the truth. The Tteokbokki was also amazing, so much flavor without drowning in sauce. The rice cakes were so chewy! The kimchi cheese fries were fine. The fries themselves were cooked really well, but the cheese, kimchi, and sauce led to a dish that was a bit chaotic in terms of taste. Really glad to have tried this place, it's great for affordable, delicious Korean food on 10th Ave.“
“Tiny place for a quick bite of healthy and wholesome food! Rottiserie Chicken is the main event. Sides include many options. I like the fresh Ratatouille, mashed potatoes, roasted cauliflower, roasted corn. Carry out or eat in at one of the tables or counter seats on a stool. They do a huge delivery business too. Many sauces to choose from! Lunch specials available 7 days of the week. Fresh squeezed fruit juices available when in season. Staff is friendly and efficient and they keep the place clean! Check it out.Vegetarian options: Easy to just order vegetarian sides if you want to skip the meat.“
“This is the first place I've visited where their food labelled spicy, is actually spicy and not sweet. And when you ask them to make it extra spicy, they actually do that effectively too. So I suggest taking it normal. It's also one of the few more affordable Korean restaurants with just as good ratings. Their food and drinks were delicious and served in massive quantities. Good value for money. The vibe was almost like that of a club, but you can still hear each other talking. It's a fun place to visit with a group of friends.“
“Everyone in NYC raves about Tonchin, and it's definitely worth a try. It's super popular so make sure you make a reservation. The space itself is fairly large and comfortable. The Momo mocktail ($12) was sweet and refreshing. As for food, I went for the Tonchin Classic Tokyo Tonkotsu ($21). It was delicious, with a rich and savory broth and perfectly jammy egg. However, I have had better value elsewhere with more toppings, meat, etc.“
