“Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“

It was my first time experiencing halal food so I asked bunch of questions to the guys at the line and they were very chill; they described all the toppings that I pointed to and gave me a GENEROUS PORTION. “I just ordered online via DoorDash. I was playing Russian roulette today with food. I ordered a 10 piece half-and-half, teriyaki and honey mustard wings With fries and a Mountain Dew. When I tell you, the teriyaki wings was so juicy and good, I was in love. Those honey, mustard wings took me to another level. Those are the best wings that I’ve ever had since I’ve been up here in New York City. I haven’t visited the actual restaurant yet, but I’m looking forward too. During the summer I love their frozen beers. If you and a friend want a cheap good eat I recommend splitting the Pelicana special there's plenty for two.“

“I've tried quite a few pizza places over the week we've been here (visiting from the UK) and this place is one of the best.

The pizza is super tasty, sauce is good and generous amount of topping. We were served very quickly, no queue and it was a pleasant experience overall!

The garlic knots really are the star of the show though, those little golden balls look like they have a spotlight on them when you walk in and I felt like they were talking to me. 4 massive balls (pause) for 4 dollars is enough to feed two people, and I wouldn't hesitate to say they're the best knots I've ever had!“

The chicken was insanely crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful inside — exactly the texture we expect from real Korean fried chicken. The pickled radish that comes with chicken offers a mild, fresh, and sweet flavor. For the katsu, it has a hint of spice, and the sauce delivers a sweet and savory flavor. The coleslaw that comes with it, is not soggy and is delivered perfectly, it’s crisp and cool. The only takeaway to have for the katsu is that it’s a little tough/overcooked. The fries are crispy -and golden. It’s soft on the inside and delivers a great flavor. If you prefer salt on your fries we recommend adding salt but if you don’t these fries are perfect for you. And finally for the street corn, it has a great flavor, it’s cooked pretty well, and the cheese and the greens add a nice touch. We would definitely get it again. The staff here are so nice and caring, we would definitely come again, get these foods, and we recommend you try these next time as well.“
