Service is way too slow. Took 20-30 minutes on an empty night takeaway order. No one got time for time this is NYC. They need to have a quick to go shelf that's always stocked like the Ktown location so you can just grab and go.
It's okay - that's all I have to say about this place. Nothing to rave about, but also nothing to complain about. Came here on a Saturday night looking for a casual bite and somewhere to sit for a few minutes after a long day. Grabbed a grab and go box of soy garlic boneless wings to share. I really like bb.q chicken because it is super cheap & accessible if you are looking for a cheap + big portioned meal. I go there to-go / dine-in a lot, and I usually get the rice bowls (signature is biggest, but spicy) because they are about $12.50 including cash, but since it's such a large portion, I can save half for dinner and it comes to two 6 dollar meals. Plus, they're really good.
