Amazing elevated chicken. It's not just chicken, however. Oysters were superb. Salads (the scallion salad is an absolute delight) and all the sides are just superior. Little touches that seem whimsical but are just spot on - try the 24 carat nugget with caviar. Excellent star-studded champagne list; why not? Staff were just exceptional. Special shout out to the sommelier who came by and spent time even though we didn't buy a killer bottle of bubbly. We will return.
This is a place for great food and great vibes. Overall the food, atmosphere, and service were great! Grab a reservation early for sure. Anytime I’m in NYC I plan to stop by.

COQODAQ is a trendy spot with a vibrant atmosphere and stylish decor. The menu showcases a range of mouth-watering options, including the popular Bucket List combo meal and the Chef's Fried Chicken Feast, available in original and soy garlic glaze flavors. Guests enjoy the crispy fried chicken, as well as the refreshing cold perilla seed noodles and indulgent mac and cheese. The restaurant is known for its friendly and attentive service, making for a memorable dining experience. The sauces accompanying the fried chicken are a delightful addition that enhances the meal. Reservations can be difficult to obtain, but the food is absolutely worth it and surprisingly affordable. The side dishes are delicious and impressive, each one well thought out and full of flavor. While the chicken may not be as special as expected, the upscale atmosphere and great presentation make it a worthwhile visit, especially for the enjoyment of the sides and ambiance.
