This place has been around a while and this is my 2nd visit
In all honesty, pretty disappointing. Nothing of note, no explosion of flavor, really nothing that stood out
I’m just not into the plant based concept. Seems more ‘trendy’ than about great cooking. I’m sure they’re trying to present an alternative, which is fine. But if that’s your plan, for 3 stars, it needs to be considerably better than this

Good experience, elegant and different flavors. It is not abundant food, but it is for demanding palates. Ideal if you like haute cuisine. This delight with coffee ☕ ✌🏽💥🧨
My wife and I celebrated my 30th birthday here after dreaming of coming for years. We rarely do fine dining, so this was our first 3-Michelin-star experience and a very special occasion for us. We had a fantastic dinner — the wine pairing and sommelier were outstanding, and the dishes were truly unique.
