A big disappointment.Didnt live up to the expectation. The feeling was that it is just a big show.Ended up hungry. Main course was at best considered a side dish in a proper restaurant.

Our group came on a special anniversary dinner, and every dish was impressive, even more so because it was all vegan.Service was perfectly coordinated for our group. We were always only served when everyone was at the table, etc. It was well done it that it was subtle and didn't feel overly stuffy.Overall, it is incredible food in a warm and relaxed environment.

I did not dine in the restaurant area, but my experience was for the Ramirez event upstairs. I’ve eaten at Masa, Per Se, Cote. I am not Vegan but i like vegan food. I thought the food was delicious and the staff was very welcoming, professional, and nice. 1. The staff handing the hor d’oeuvres had no communication bc they entered in the front most times so there was none left for people in the back and nobody came back for us. 2. Event was to start at 630 we didn’t get started until 730, which is NBD except... 3. A spoon given to me was dirty. 4 they handed out extra bread but again only the people seated near to their walk way received it, us in the back didn’t get offered any. 5. My compensation for discretely telling them about the spoon was 1 comped cocktail for a 1,000$ night. No real apology for a 3 Michelin start restaurant. I just feel for spending 1000$ in a night, which for me is a treat, the acknowledgment should equate my bill bc i would be comped a beverage at any establishment for no reason at all except they’re happy to have me. In fact, I didn’t initially do the wine pairing i purchased a cocktail for the first meal. The 2nd meal i started the wine pairing but was still charged the full amount so technicallyI didn’t get anything for the dirty spoon that was in someone else’s mouth. I felt insignificant by the situation, and i didn’t want to make it a situation in that type of environment. It sucks bc i was super excited and proud to dine there, and i wish all i could say is something positive but this is exactly what i experienced.

Like it’s idea of going vegan to spread awareness. Thanks!

Food: 4 starsService: 4 starsAtmosphere: 3 starsFood: let the warm hand towel be a warning that "finger food" is the theme for the evening although nobody tells you: only peas and asparagus come with utensils; eat snacks beforehand; prepare to be satisfied not stuffed at the end--we went for noodles at Wagamanma after the meal; one choice of bread (croissant) despite all the teasings on Insta was a disappointment; tastes were incredible (if salty) though very small portions; udon overboiled; go NOT starving!Service: every table around us got a different story about the clay urn, the asparagus, the double-shucked, peas, and more…shouldn’t there be a consistent script?; Ben didn’t try to sell the alcohol pairing when I inquired about wine-tasting as well; when the last house cocktail with dessert came, every table got a sampling and the cute glass carafe left on the table for décor and self-serve- ours never stayed; our server Ben wasn't happy about "having to table side put coriander flowers in the dark" and told us so; we asked Sam about the breakfast new idea and WHEN do the croissants come outside available for purchase in the morning and his response was "I'm not too sure" but we never got a final answer return.Ambience: rock music doesn’t set ambience for this finger-food tasting experience; we began at 6 with ability to see everything but by the end we ate in darkness

Very nice experience and amazing for a vegetarian restaurant, the flavors and dishes were exceptional. Impeccable service, the tasting menu is amazing and the wine choice was perfect, definitely worth it!!!

Worst most overpriced restaurant in the world. Don't be fooled into coming here. The food is disgusting, salty and flavourless. You'll eat portion-sizes fit for an infant and leave starving and desperate for a meal. Do not waste your money. This restaurant is so terrible and unethical to rip people off this way - they deserve to close down. Nightmare.

the service here is the best I have ever had in my life. the food was good as were the drinks. before arriving I was wondering if I would feel it was worth the cost after leaving I definitely felt so.we were so fortunate to have the chef pop by our table and to sneak a peek at the kitchen. the staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, generous, and helpful. would recommend going here for sure.Dietary restrictions: everything is vegan. they were able to accommodate to gluten free.

Our experience at Eleven Madison Park was far from the expected three-Michelin-star dining. The service was notably poor—waiters moved through the restaurant with a military-like march, creating a tense atmosphere. They were slow to offer new wine glasses or clear empty plates. More disappointingly, we were excluded from a kitchen tour offered to other diners. When we inquired, the waiter dismissed us without a proper explanation, which felt very dismissive and arrogant. The presentation was also lacking. A waiter carelessly dropped a garnish on my dish and walked away without an apology. We left a minimal tip due to these issues and were stopped on our way out, wrongly accused of not paying, even though we had pre-paid for our meal and they had our credit card information. The fully plant-based menu, which drew us to the restaurant due to my wife's vegan diet, turned out underwhelming. Dishes like cucumber and avocado starters, turnip wraps, and steamed lettuce with mushrooms were simplistic and not reflective of their high price point. The dessert of ice cream and rhubarb was equally uninspiring. Ultimately, no quality of food justifies the level of service we experienced.

We had a horrible experience with the staff and the restaurant. First of all, even though there were too many waiters they were always too late to collect our empty glasses/plates and to ask if we would like to have another glass of wine.Secondly, all the tables around us were invited to visit the kitchen except for us. When we were given the bill at the end of the night I kindly asked them if we could see the kitchen and the waiter told me that “He is not the one making that decision, but he will let the related person know that we requested it.” Then nothing happened obviously, no one invited us to visit the kitchen. What a horrible way to handle guests. After this treatment we paid the bill without nearly no tip/gratuity. Then we head straight to the exit. We took our coats. The employee at the door asked us why we did not have our gift bags (everybody at the restaurant gets a small gift bag before leaving). We told her that we did not want them and tried to leave asap since we were furious for not being seen “worth” to visit their kitchen. She did not let us leave! She pretended as if we were leaving without paying! It is unbelievable!Afterwards another staff came with our bags and then she finally let us leave. We had already prepaid the food and they had our credit card info anyway. I do not understand why she made such a fuss about it. The way they treated us is unacceptable in so many ways.It is an awful place who clearly discriminates their guests and knows nothing about public relationships.I still cannot believe that I went there and paid so much just to be insulted. It was an extremely disappointing experience and the way we were treated definitely overshadowed the food which was not that good anyway. I strictly recommend that you do not go there. No food in the world is worth being treated this way.
