“Straight up the juiciest, most tender chicken I've had in my life. I've never seen chicken so tender that it just falls off the bone like this one did.I got the Dark Meat combo with scallion pancake as my included side and the portion was decent and reasonably priced. This was way beyond my expectations and I'll definitely be back!“
“Man what an experience. I never felt pain all over my face until I had the Rouge Big Rowdy Sandwich. If you can handle spice get medium because Rouge genuinely made it impossible to enjoy the Sandwich. After a long break I tried my friend’s sandwich, and it was delicious. Mango lassi was sweet and cold and perfect for when my face was burning.8.5/10“
“Great experience at this iconic Dave's location. The lines can get pretty long, but the workers kept everything moving efficiently. The sliders are also quite reasonably priced. Everything was delicious. A must visit if you are in the area.“
“One of my favorite cheap eats in Manhattan. I cannot explain how much I love this place. You go up to the counter to order and the food is ready within 5 minutes and served directly to your small table. And even though the restaurant itself is tiny, there always seems to be an open seat as people eat and leave very quickly. I ordered the Fried Chicken Rice and it was delicious!! Although there isn't a lot of chicken, the fried bits are fried to perfection as it isn't too oily and full of flavor. I especially liked dipping it into the sour and spicy sauce which elevated the chicken. The rice is also to die for as it is seeped with chicken broth, you can just eat this alone without anything else. Also, the soup is incredible as I love how much white pepper they put into the broth, the flavors are so incredibly intense. I love ME Chicken Rice. Probably top 10 favorite eats in NYC!“
“Order on the kiosk. Wait for your number to be called. Chicken cooked nicely. Ginger rice is ok. The soup on the side is a win win. Most side soups are boring. This soup taste fresh and nicely seasoned. The side spicy tamarind sauce for me is the best part!! Been here a few times. Mix chicken rice for $10.“
“The food is delicious I come here all the time and every time I come they treat me with respect on top of that The store is always clean and you get to choose so many toppings from the salad bar they have quesadillas. Barbecue pops, platter, the burgers and when I tell you this place it’s amazing. CANT GO WRONG!!“
“Visited family and had a quick bite before my flight back home. Large portions - flavorful food. Open yet cozy atmosphere with really cute details and decor. Unlimited mimosas or Bloody Mary for $20 offered. Full menu sounded delicious. Attentive and accommodating wait staff. I’d recommend ?“
“I loved the honey tangy bbq wings very good on the sauce. I believe you should add more fries when ordering a meal cause I had the chicken sandwich and just a lil bit of fries, Definitly should work on that but overall it was good thank you!“
“I had the pleasure of stopping in here yesterday for lunch. I have to say it was a good choice to go check out. The chicken was crispy and super flavorful. I got the sweet chili chick'n pop combo. The garlic Aioli i got extra for dipping my friends into. Absolutely loved this spot, and I hope to get to visit it again in the future.“
“Totally recommend! Incredible and unique fried chicken. We had the snow onion original (delicious white savory/sweet sauce with mild onions on top) and their signature tikkudak chicken (fried and then grilled over charcoal, giving it a nice smokey taste). During the couple (well-worth) minutes that we waited for our take-out order, we were very entertained by the super nice lady that works at the register (wish I got her name!). She was telling us all about the history of CM Chicken and food trends in Korea. She even treated us to a yummy small yogurt drink brand from Korea while we waited and listened to K-pop. Excellent service paired with excellent fried chicken, must try!!!“
“The best chicken of New York by far. Once you try it, you adopt it. The lady is really nice, helpful and generous. I liked the place, near the bus stop on my way home. It has some cachet with the hand-made menu or the wooden table. The menu is very complete, you will definitely find something you like. My favorite all time was the Hot Mayo. It is a hidden gem in crowded NY !“
“Chicken was delicious, ordered half chicken and was nicely flavored with herbs, juicy, meaty. Tried the salsa verde and the garlic and they added lots of flavor. Mac and cheese was a more grownup version with a white cheese and a ziti. Good. We went there and picked up, will definitely order again and try the potatoes.“
“Came here because while I was in Vegas, I was obsessed with Dave’s Chicken. I mean, it was just so good and the price was even better.I am happy to know that a Dave’s Hot Chicken is around the corner from my house now.Came with my husband and the food was pretty much the same. I will do say that the sliders need more Cole Slaw in them!!!Mac and cheese is really good so I very much recomend it. The fries are a must have and must try. The sliders come with Dave’s sauce, a big piece of crispy chicken, pickles and Cole slaw. Btw they’re Cole slaw is reallllly good. Not many places know how to do it.Staff is super friendly and they do keep the place clean, even though the people that come it, should be more careful with what they throw on the floor. The ambiance is very cool! I would come back for sure!Make sure you guys add some bar stools!!!Parking: Hard to find parking because it’s locationKid-friendliness: Great to bring kids!Wheelchair accessibility: Push door with a tiny step“
“The place was super busy, but the service was fast and inefficient. The staff was awesome. The manager really cares about his or her employees. The food was very good. I would definitely eat there again.Kid-friendliness: You can tell everyone behind the counter knew what they were doing. You can tell they loved what they were doing.“
“This place surprised me brunch is a must here great music live dj great vibes awesome staff good drinks well priced brunch menu and drinks overall this place is solidVegetarian options: Definitely will be happy hereDietary restrictions: Yes they walk you through it all again manager and staff amazingParking: Parking is kind of hard but not really depending on the time for brunch street parking is definitely available in the area and Sundays meters are freeKid-friendliness: Yes and again the staff and management will make them and you feel at homeWheelchair accessibility: Yeah it’s wheelchair accessible and the staff is amazing“
“Heard so much about Rowdy Rooster and finally made it here. We came on a weekday for dinner and it wasn't too crowded, we were able to grab a seat. There are also standing room for a quick bite as well. The place was so adorable! Everything was so colorful and the walls and even the ceiling was decorated with colorful roosters. Our cashier was really helpful in helping us decide what to get bc it's our first time here. She said the thigh meat was better in the sandwich and indeed it was one of the best chickens I have ever had. It was so crispy but so tender on the inside. Loved the sandwiches so much bc it was full of Indian spices too! The mango lassi was amazing, definitely comparable to any sit-down Indian restaurant. We also had a hard time deciding what sauce to get and she gave us a complimentary sauce in addition to the one we bought, so we got to try both sesame yogurt and mint chutney, which were both delicious! I wish this place was closer to where we live, I would totally get take out here all the time!“
“Great energy from the employees, food was excellent taste and efficient service. Environment was clean and enough space to accommodate more than one customer. I had Mac and cheese, string beans, candied yam, rice and black eye peas. Salute to the chef Thank “
“I've been ordering from this location for months since they opened, their chicken is crisp on the outside, so juicy on the inside and the seasoning consistantly surpasses any other chicken I've had. I've shared it with friends and colleagues. Today I experienced something even better. I placed a delivery order at work and when I got home to have this wonderful meal, my order was wrong, I like dark meat, they sent me white. I went on their website and left a complaint of my disappointment no less than 10 minutes, the store manager, Alexis called me to apologize and asked how could he fix this for me. That's what I call excellent customer service. I will wait to see if he follows through, but the call made my day. Thank you, Alexis!“
“I’ve had a lot of chicken tenders even from the new chain canes tenders and while those are good BRINE Kills them. By far the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had. Maybe the best chicken I’ve ever had. Comes with 3 sauces and all 3 were phenomenal. you definitely don’t need sauce with this chicken. Even the crinkle cut fries which seems like everyone is doing nowadays were great, Seasoned perfectly. Was in NYC for a trip and Preordered my 3 tenders meal at 1130 when they opened and picked up 5 minutes later. Please open up in Staten Island.“
“This is some good ole southern food?! Fried chicken 20 stars!!! I’ve been to this place 3 times already, I always get the veggie plate, which is 4 sides. I get greens, cabbage, black eye peas, & pot salad or string beans. Now normally I don’t get nobody’s pot salad because since our generational grandmothers have all passed away , no one can do it right ?…. But baby pan fried did ?.. I was impressed?. Somebody over 40 made that pot salad ?. The only thing I haven’t taste , was the Mac n cheese ( my heartburn be killing me ) I can’t do all those cheese at this age & the yams. The honey they use to put on the chicken is good ( I had mines on the side ) & the cheesecake is good good good !!!?. The staff is really friendly, from the front to the back. Very nice black owned business ❣️“
“Great Chick-fil-A! The staff add super nice and the food is always top notch. Sometimes the app underestimates how long it will take for the order to be ready so just be prepared for that. I’m usually in a hurry when I’m in there and the staff are very helpful and understanding which I really appreciate :)“
“My experience at Chick Fil AClose to the Times Square, you can find this regular, surprisingly clean Chick Fil A. After you order, the food will be brought to your table by a staff member. Now to the food. There’s a pretty wide variety of food. From chicken tenders to chicken burgers and homemade lemonade, Chick Fil A has a lot to offer. At the end of the day it’s fast food, but still delicious. The staff is pretty friendly. In terms of price, Chick Fil A offers reasonable prices based on the quality and the quantity of the food.Overall my experience here was great. Highly recommended.“
“I’ve seen so many videos on social media about this place that I had to try it. The fact that it is located a few blocks from my house also encouraged me to try it.Rokstar Chicken Harlem is located on the second floor of the building. The space is also shared by the Food Bizarre but you can’t miss Rokstar. You have to place your order on the screen that is located at the counter.I order a medium order of chicken wings, which brings 10 wings, with Korean Sweet Chili. My order took about 15 minutes. If the wait is something you would like to avoid, you can order on their website ahead of time. They have three tables along the wall for you to eat your meal, which I should have done because I felt my wings weren’t as hot as they should be (I walked home which took about 8 minutes).I definitely recommend these wings with the same sauce I ordered. The wings are juicy with a crisp texture and the sauce has a kick to it but it’s not overwhelmingly spicy.I will definitely be returning.“
“Avery at the Westfield store in New York by the 911 memorial was the most delightful and kind and welcoming person we have ever met. We’re from the UK and we’re not having the best time in New York but Avery really changed that. We know have had the best trip of our lives and will remember him forever!! Please give him a raise, he deserves it. Xxx R,R,A“
“So I was one of the few people in the world who's never tried ChickFilA. Let me tell you... these chickens taste like they were raised by both parents with good morals and values! ? Its real chicken that tastes real good! You won't be disappointed!“
“Great pick up quick service place. Food was hot and fresh. The bacon cheese fries with jalapeno cheese sauce were to die for. Not too spicy but just right and a ton of large bacon bits. Chicken was hot and perfect. Not over breaded and each piece was thick white breast meat. Worth the price.fries were thick and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The bacon chicken ranch wrap was delicious. Again the chicken was generouly portioned, lots of slaw, ranch and bacon. Yum.my kids loved it.“
“I loved Chunky Boss! I came 2 days in a row. The person at the counter is knowledgeable of the menu and gives great recommendations on the best items to order. I highly recommend the pepper flavored chicken cutlet, fries and lychee green tea combo. SO good! I will definitely come back again when I visit NYC next time!“
“THE BEST PLACE EVER !!! my best friend took me to lunch to Cocu and ever since then there is no place in NYC I would order chicken. You do have to try it for yourself. Chris, the owner, is super welcoming and accommodating. oh, and did I mention Frozé? prices are beyond reasonable.“
“I pass this all the time and was super interested in the menu because they had a lot of Taiwanese street foods. I got the popcorn chicken and was surprised at how crispy it was. The chicken was a little dry but the seasoning was good. I definitely want to go back to try the other things on the menu.“
“This place is amazing - can’t believe we’ve been in NYC and this is our first visit. Chicken and waffles were the best I’ve had, our server Will was chill and super attentive, can’t recommend it enough. Love the neighborhood hood, too.Kid-friendliness: Our 10 y o is obsessed!“
“Staff is friendly. Walked in for the first time and the guy who helped me out was friendly didn't catch the name but he also prepared my bacon ranch wrap and it was great! And the fries perfectly seasoned definitely will be back to try more !“
“I was happy to see this location open since I enjoy going to Pollo Campero in Costa Rica. I tried the 4 pcs deal for supper and found the quality and flavor the same as I am used to. For breakfast, I had the chicken, egg, and cheese on a bun and found it tasty and filling. I will be returning here. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the resturant was clean and spacious.“
“I got the three-piece fried chicken with collard greens and sweet potato. Everything tasted fresh, and tasted great. Cornbread was a nice size, especially with three pieces of chicken. I also had the iced tea which was good. But it's a takeout place mainly. They do have some inside high tops outside.“
“This is a restaurant specializing in grilled chicken. I have only gotten takeouts from here so I cannot speak to what the restaurant atmosphere is like. The food portion is generous an prices are reasonable for the neighborhood. I usually get the half chicken. The chicken seasoning is good and I like the smoky grill flavor, but I find that the meat can be quite dry and tough.“
“I came here as it was on my way to Bryant Park. I got their fried chicken sandwich and it was reasonably greasy and filling. It was definitely good comfort food. The fries were fairly bland. Overall, it's an accessible lunch option in Midtown.Kid-friendliness: I saw a few kids eating here, so it's a reasonable place to go“
“Idk what everyone is is talking about, but my experience was great, starting from the time I walked in. Nearly every employee welcomed me and every person behind me. They damn near “fought” over who was going to serve me at the register. Might not be everyone’s flavor but it’s definitely fresh energy I know people like me can appreciate. The food was hot af (@ 1pm) and that’s all I could ask for. Exceeded my expectations. Definitely coming back.“
“Been on a chicken sandwich tour and I really enjoyed mine here. The fries were some really crispy shoestring fries and they tasted great, but they do veer on the more oily side as far as taste goes. The portions for the fries are solid, a small was enough that you could comfortably split it with a friend. The place itself was really neat and had plenty of seating. Self checkout kiosks are available and the wait time for the food was pretty standard. Would recommend, enjoyed the spot a lot“
“First time eating at Louie’s and I was beyond impressed. The food was fresh and delicious! The gentleman who took my order asked if it was my first time and he gave me mashed potatoes to try for free! Free delivery is a plus. I will definitely be ordering from here again.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free fried chicken was amazing!“
“Pelicana has good Korean bar food at a great price! Their fried chicken was phenomenal -- perfectly crispy on the outside, with hot and juicy meat waiting under the skin. I feel creepy writing that sentence, but it's 100% the truth. The Tteokbokki was also amazing, so much flavor without drowning in sauce. The rice cakes were so chewy! The kimchi cheese fries were fine. The fries themselves were cooked really well, but the cheese, kimchi, and sauce led to a dish that was a bit chaotic in terms of taste. Really glad to have tried this place, it's great for affordable, delicious Korean food on 10th Ave.“
“Wonderful fried chicken at a very affordable price point for midtown. Sort of fast food, but much higher quality. I love that it’s under 15$ for a meal most of the time, which is a rarity around the theater district.Dietary restrictions: Very good for keto; get their unbreaded chicken tenders“
“Great food, small quaint place. You order, pay and food is brought to you if you're staying. Only three tables but it's clean and orderly. Arnold Palmer is delicious, everything overall is delicious the chicken, ribs, lamb gyro platter and salads. Mashed sweet potatoes need work. But definitely going back since it's a great place to grab a bite whilst my dog is being groomed across the street“
“Devin braved the cold and wind with a smile on his face and cooked up crispy henny bbq wings(his mom’s recipe). The sauce on the wings were spectacular. The Mac and cheese with truffle oil( i think he said) hit the spot. I also had the skillet cabbage ?? my pallets was doing the happy dance. Please do your self a favor and go support him, you wont regret it.?????“
“So glad they are in the UWS. Great healthy options for either low carb, sugar free or gluten free. Amazingly flavorful rotisserie chicken with many healthy side dishes. Choice of two sides with chicken lunch or chicken dinner. Cute place to eat in or sidewalk seating. Top notch service too. If you are craving freshly cooked, seasoned food and there's only so many SweetGreen or Chopt meals you can consume, come here.“
“Couldn’t give it five stars fast enough! The guy asked if it was my first time eating there. When o responded yes, he immediately gave me a sample of the chicken and started telling me his favorites. I ordered and when my food was up, he packed extra sauces and gave me tips on how to combine the flavors. It’s SOOD good. Cannot wait to go back!“
“I actually ended up in this place by mistake but im glad I found it. The place is small so there is no seating area. You order the food from a kiosk. The staff was a friendly guy and the place looks clean. The food was really good I enjoy it. I was so hungry that I fail to take pic but I can assure you it was good. Just an fyi be careful when opening the small soup container it might just leak all over you.“
“What a great experience at this particular location! They have a collaborator from Names Andres García! What a kind and attentive boy, helpful at all times. Of all the places we've been to, this one takes all the stars! Spectacular food as always and with a very attentive host, keeping his tables so neat and attentive to his diners. Our favorite location.“
“Best chicken I’ve had in a while. Well flavored and staff were very nice too. I came in with my little sister and we were taken care of immediately, took approx 10 minutes to get our food, though we didn’t order much. Upstairs atmosphere was very clean and amiable. The only thing I am confused about is why the bathrooms have passcodes but we managed to get in and wash our hands anyways so it wasn’t too big of a deal. Also, their waffle fries is THE BEST!! Would recommend.“
“As of recently I started to go to this place.I work in midtown and where I work food is overpriced and very mediocre and where I live I can't stomach those Crown and Kennedy Fried Chicken places which seems to be the only places open late nights so as I get off that 1 train before I continue my trip over the bridge to the Bronx I checked this place out, as a friend of mine who live around the area reccomend. Its a bit rinky dinky and old looking inside but I guess that's part of the charm lol.The chicken is made right before your eyes on the premises and it tastes just like your mom's chicken, well seasoned, flavorful, juicy, crispy and I love their yellow Spanish rice.It can be kind of loud with the spanish music blaring and the ladies tend to be a bit chatty amongst each other but they still do their best to give prompt service, prices are good too. I love the local dominican vibe of this place,it's not trying to be a trendy eatery and I'm fine with that,as long as the food taste great which it does.“
“This place deserves more than a 5 star rating. I had the Fried Chicken with rice. The rice was flavourful and the chicken was tasty and most importantly crispy. The accompaniments had fresh vegetables and the sauce added more flavour to the chicken. I will definitely be back for more!!“
“A+ ok hear me out, perfect spot after Central Park. Make reservations or do the food delivery/to go. We dined in and what an experience. Upper west side Manhattan dining experience for great price. We had too much food so had some to go and had a late night snack! Chicken wings weren't soggy, Mac and cheese were great! I'd say the chicken strip, chicken wings, and Kim chee fried rice were a good choice. Kids (4,7,9) loved the wings and Mac&cheese.Once we got back to our hotel(NJ), the wings were still good !!! BTW the wings aren't small, great size!!So that's why I say if you show up and it's full, take it home! Servers were great and cooks were great. Bussers worked their buttons off!!! I'd sat 5 star dine in or to go!“
