Went to the opening on Astor place - it was booming in there! First time trying Caines, was pleasantly surprised as the service and speed. Food was okay, fries pretty salty - we advised them of the fries and they brought us new ones, very nice. Music was on! Just a tad bit loud, but hey, it was lunch time.
They have best chicken fingers. Perfectly cooked, fresh chicken, and lightly breaded. However, I like dark meat so not really my thing but still best white meat ever. Chicken sandwich is made up of three fingers and I like it better than Popeye’s sandwich because it’s not as salty. But their special sauce is not really to my liking though beats the usual mayo on chicken sandwiches.
