If you order takeout, it comes out soggy and the chicken is the size of fries. I think the blue ribbon chicken nearby is much better.

The chicken is disgusting. I’ve been to at least 10 different locations of Raising Cane’s, and this one is the worst.

Went to the opening on Astor place - it was booming in there! First time trying Caines, was pleasantly surprised as the service and speed. Food was okay, fries pretty salty - we advised them of the fries and they brought us new ones, very nice. Music was on! Just a tad bit loud, but hey, it was lunch time.

I'm a huge huge fan of this brand in general but the Times Square location is pretty bad. I wasn't expecting it to be better or anything but the quality of food was so so far below other locations I've been to in the past. Never once didn't finish my box combo until coming here. And the layout is so much more clunky. It's very difficult to find trash cans or extra condiments.

The honey mustard sauce is the bomb! I consider them one of the best as fast food. This location is best to hang out with friends if you are near NYU!

Good but nothing more, on the other hand the exceptional sauce is what does it all.

The sandwich /chicken are very good compared to others. Thick, crispy and juicy with a nice bun. Sauce is in the salty side but OK.The worst is the wait, the screaming employees and the music that is so loud you cannot hear when your order is ready. The loud music kept me from. Eating at the restaurant. How do disco balls, loud music and screaming employees make for a relaxing meal out?

They have best chicken fingers. Perfectly cooked, fresh chicken, and lightly breaded. However, I like dark meat so not really my thing but still best white meat ever. Chicken sandwich is made up of three fingers and I like it better than Popeye’s sandwich because it’s not as salty. But their special sauce is not really to my liking though beats the usual mayo on chicken sandwiches. I’m very impressed with their fries because these are usually an afterthought and taste awful but here, they are very tasty, even better than Shake Shack fries. Service is quick and I like preorder option so no wait. I came off peak hour and it was still crowded so I cud only imagine the lines during peak hours. I wish they had more seating and really wud benefit if there was more seating. The drinks need more improvement because I ordered large tea with their ice but they filled the cup 3/4 full of ice so not much tea and left me thirsty.

Definitely not worth the hype. The chicken was mushy, zero crisp. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and the fries were nothing special, the chicken tenders in the sandwich had a decent taste but again zero crispiness, the bread was excellent and the sauce is pretty great, but overall the whole meal was on par with a chicken sandwich you'd get at a sporting event or even a gas station. Can't compare to Popeyes or even the chicken sandwiches at Burger King. I was curious about Raising Canes, and now that I've tried it I don't feel the need to ever return.

Here on a work perk event held by City Guide NY. The food is great. I had the Box Combo ($14.69) that came with 4 Chicken Fingers, Crinkle-Cut Fries, 1 Cane's Sauce, Texas Toast, Coleslaw and 22 oz Sprite. Yum!! ?????
Went on opening day! Super fun and the DJ was so random?? Yummy food and plenty of seating! The service is super sweet every time I eat there.
