Extremely small portion sizes- we are paying for air at this point. The system was down which I understand but there was no communication until after I got to the food which is after I waited so long already.
Food wasn't great. Didn't taste bad but was bland. Felt like they had mixes some stuff wrong or didn't season correctly. Was with a friend who got a completely different bowl and he felt the same. Have eaten twice at the Chambers Street location earlier in the week and didn't have any issues so I think it's just this location.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They are so cheap and skimp on everything every single time. I got so fed up I argued with one of them at one point. I’m sure the employees are given orders by the higher ups, but this chipotle is actually absurd.
