One of the least enjoyable shake shacks I've been to. Seems like the quality of burgers here and subpar compared to any other in the city.There has been more than once the burger was barely warm.
The atmosphere was amazing. The customer service was immaculate. All the employees there are very respectful and I got my meal on time. I didn’t wait anymore than four minutes to receive my mail, and when I looked in the bag, the bag was packaged perfectly with all the utensils and napkins that I needed. Thank you so much to the shack ❤️
