Shake Shsck always gets the job done for lunch. This location had a couple tables that hadn't been cleared yet, but I sat down in a clean space to bust my lunch down. Double shack with the cheese fries and a lemonade, calm kill.

I'm not a fan of the quality of the burger, and this location just validated my opinion of the brand. Burger was undercooked with very little discernible flavor, and it had a lot of grease. Feeling grossed out...

I tried the limited time Korean BBQ burger. The taste was good, but the burger assembly was poor. See images. It was a mess eating it. Fries were really crispy. Location was kind of dirty. There was gum stuck on the bench. I guess it's to be expected for a high volume NYC location, but would be great if they had staff wipe down the tables more often in between seating.
We ordered in-store and it took 40 minutes to get our food. Even then the fries were cold and the burger wasn’t even McDonalds quality. Overpriced garbage and the restaurant itself is just a mess. Never again.
