This place is an oasis in the city. Usually restaurants in the city are cramped and full of people not eating. This was like a Chick Fil A outside the city. They even have clean bathrooms and you can refill your drink yourself upstairs in the dining room.Kid-friendliness: Upstairs dining room was clean and safe. Also get your own refills on drinks. Kids always drink their drinks fast. Lol.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to use elevator in the middle of the lobby and dining room.

This was my first order from Chick-fil-A. The sandwich is good, but not quite as good as I was expecting. I do not blame the restaurant, any fault lies in my expectations after hearing from others.

This is my favorite Chick-Fil-A ???? in NYC ?! I go here at least once a week! ?I love it because of the following reasons:• Large Seating & Dining Area: I always find a free table!• It‘s very clean and the staff cleans tables frequently• the staff is friendly and the ordering process (I order through the app) always works great• it’s a fantastic location in Midtown Manhattan, right at Grand Central Station!Looking forward to my next visit ?
