Rosa at Chick-fil-A is outstanding. She is super friendly, remembered my name and my usual order, and made the whole visit feel personal. She also has a great work ethic — when she isn’t taking orders she’s busy cleaning and keeping the place looking sharp. Service like that is rare. Thank you, Rosa.
