I had a few errands to run and decided to make a stop. I placed my order but unfortunately my favorite pastry got messed up in the oven and it was the last one. Marquis who I ordered from apologized and offered me a replacement. He was very patient and explained to the best of his ability. I will be back again because things happen and Im grateful for workers like Marquis who have amazing customer service skills and know how to communicate when things go wrong. Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a nice location with a warm atmosphere, wooden tables, and a spacious lounge with ok wifi. The staff is very friendly. However, the quality of drinks is inconsistent. Multiple times, drinks have been taken by someone else, and the remade drinks usually come out wrong. The chai latte quality is different every time; sometimes it is so weak it is like drinking just milk. Customers have been handed drinks that were 3/4ths full and received attitude from the staff when bringing it to their attention. One customer requested no whipped cream and still got whipped cream. There were also weird comments made about a young lady who came in. Despite these issues, some workers have amazing customer service skills and are very patient. The hot chai was made perfectly with generous foam at one visit. It is also lots of effort to get water with no ice.
