This starbucks is trash honestly. The staff is very rude and stand off-ish. I got a black iced coffee (really not a difficult order to make), and I could literally see nothing but water in the cup. You would think i ordered an iced tea how watered down the coffee was. Then when I asked for some milk on the side, the lady working there gave me such a nasty attitude.Ultimately i threw my coffee in the garbage, and I'll never come back here again. Stay away!

Always great to be laughed at and made fun of for having a non-English name. I'm used to people getting the spelling wrong or mispronunciation, but to be deliberately made fun of and be mocked is a new experience and certainly none I wish to repeat.

On Saturday, 10/08/23, my visit was aggravating, very bad service. I ordered a Espresso Frappuccino and I received something totally different. This was the most unfavorable visit I've ever had at a Starbucks location. There was no courtesy or professionalism at this site.

Stopped at this Starbucks on September 9th and was groped by a man. When it happened I started screaming and yelling that I was touched in appropriately and not a single employee did anything but stare at me. Not a single employee even asked if I was okay or defended me. Clearly this store does uphold Starbucks ethics and needs to have the whole team reevallayed. Will absolutely never go back to that starbucks and I'm still awaiting their response back from my formal complaint email. Maybe now they'll handle the situation appropriately.

Looking for a cold drink to cool yourself down on a hot day? Get a cookie crumble Frappuccino. It’s so chocolately with small bits of cookie to add a crunch, you won’t regret it. Fast service, a quick grab n go drink.

The store manager was super rude and yelling at me at 8:30pm to threw me out saying I can’t even sit at the store. It was super unpleasant and I don’t know who make this type of rule.

The sitting is very good here. Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Although the baristers were busy, they still manage to put great smile on their face. Kudos to them!

Love the baristas at this location. I come here most mornings and it’s always the same thing. I order before I even leave my apartment, usuallyArriving at the store about 10 minutes after my order. My coffee is always waiting but the food is almost never ready. The girl who does the food is just not doing her job. Today I came in and my coffee was sitting there and as I stood there for a few minutes, waiting for my food. The girl never once even went over to the oven. It wasn’t until I asked idle she had any food cooking that she gave me a dirty look and without responding to me, went over and looked at all the receipts that were sitting there waiting for her. So after more than 10 minutes since I put in my order, I finally got another dirty look and my food and not even an apology. Such a shame. It makes me not want to go to this location. Oh and there were 3 staff members visible so it’s not like they were understaffed this morning.
