“Been here 4 times. I declare take 31 to be the top one on my list of Korean food in New York! The creamy udon pasta is super delicious and is my favorite dish. The creamy sauce is very rich and you won’t get tired of it even if you eat the whole plate. We have tried all three kinds of rice balls, and our favorite is the tuna fish rice ball. The 5 big pieces are full of sincerity and are so satisfying when paired with refreshing kimchi; the honey fried chicken has a sweet coating, and the mustard sauce it comes with is even more remarkable, retaining the mustard flavor without being spicy; the yogurt-flavored Rice wine has more flavor than banana flavor! It’s especially cool; the pork neck meat will be a little fatty; the corn tortillas have caramel adhering to the corn kernels, which are sweet and crispy, especially delicious! !“

“The gomtang is a VERY basic, clear broth soup. Really does not have much taste on its own. I personally like more flavorful foods and added the house special pepper paste, which I thought really elevated this dish and brought it to another level. I highly recommend eating the gomtang with the paste.I also ordered the kimchi mandu, which were delicious and spicy. Definitely packed more flavor compared to the gomtang.I recommend making a reservation because walk ins could be a long wait. The seating is around the counter, which I enjoyed as you can watch the food being prepared in front of you.Service was great. The chefs and hosts were very nice and explained things on the menu.“

The loaded tiger tots. Every bite was better than the last. Tender, perfectly seasoned meat that gives the usual names a run for their money. We took a leap of faith and tried the BBQ jackfruit and were blown away, I recommend it. Prices are more than reasonable for the generous portions and inventive menu. The strawberry soju cake did not disappoint either. We plan to add Memphis Seoul into our usual rotation from now on!“

“This is some good ole southern food?! Fried chicken 20 stars!!! I’ve been to this place 3 times already, I always get the veggie plate, which is 4 sides. I get greens, cabbage, black eye peas, & pot salad or string beans. Now normally I don’t get nobody’s pot salad because since our generational grandmothers have all passed away , no one can do it right ?…. But baby pan fried did ?.. I was impressed?. Somebody over 40 made that pot salad ?. The only thing I haven’t taste , was the Mac n cheese ( my heartburn be killing me ) I can’t do all those cheese at this age & the yams. The honey they use to put on the chicken is good ( I had mines on the side ) & the cheesecake is good good good !!!?. The staff is really friendly, from the front to the back. Very nice black owned business ❣️“

Finally had the opportunity to try it out, i ordered the Jerk Chicken lunch and Oxtail lunch with seasoned rice, candied yams and mac & cheese. Everything was delicious - i love that the meat falls off the bone of the chicken and oxtail... also the candied yams were cooked just right (not overly soggy)i was expecting bigger portions but im ok to sacrifice quantity for quality... They have a bunch of baked goods and pies that i havent tried yet. Also, they may not have everything on the menu as they are still getting going - so worth calling to see whats available that day.
