Melba's has been on my bucket list for quite a while and I finally got to mark it off! It was all that I thought it would be and more! Our server, Brian, was phenomenal! The experience and food were priceless!

Melba's Restaurant offers a lively and energetic atmosphere with excellent food and friendly service. The braised short beef ribs are tender and flavorful, and the mashed potatoes and greens are delicious. The Eggnog Waffles with whipped strawberry butter are considered the best waffles ever, and the Jamaican oxtails, fried chicken, and vegetarian egg rolls are also highly recommended. The restaurant is known for its fun vibe, good energy, and accommodating staff. Food arrives quickly and tastes great, with favorites like greens, potato salad, macaroni and cheese, and sweet potatoes receiving praise. The ambiance and hospitality is A-plus and the service is superb. The cat fish is unbelievable and the sweet potatoes are amazing. The macaroni and cheese is slap your mama good. Servers are very attentive, patient, and courteous. Everything is hot and tasty when served. Melba's is a favorite spot to experience delicious soul food, steeped in Black culture.
