This place is WONDERFUL. Good people, good vibes, and amazing food. We were so impressed with everything we ordered.It was a busy day with less staff than could accommodate but they were such sweet people and we were in no rush.
The best restaurant of the entire trip to New York. We felt like we were at home eating dinner with our mothers. It filled the stomach and the soul. This is an obligatory stop to discover how well people eat in the United States. Great southern food.

We had a really lovely meal, and the owner came around and chatted with us & told us about the history of the place. The ribs were great, as well as the peach cobbler and the waffle banana desert.
