“I frequently order from The BBQ location in Palisades Park after my morning gym session. There are many choices for good Korean style fried chicken but i find BBQ’s to have the perfect blend of crispy/flaky on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. My personal favorite chicken place-ordering online 20 min before my gym session ends ensures a ready to go pick up with no wait time. Easy and convenient.“

“The sliders are decent and large with a good varying amount of spice levels suited for anyone to enjoy. The hot mozz on the other hand, which is pretty viral, was a let down. It tastes really heavily like one of the red peppers, cayenne or paprika, and seems to just be known for a cheese pull.“

“I tried their boneless heaven and it was so crispy outside and juicy inside. You get to pick different flavors and my favorite was soy garlic and sweet & spicy. Every bite was so delicious and I would rank this place #1 in bergen county. You really gotta try their wasabi coleslaw! It’s so addictive. Foods were great and staffs were friendly. “Food was great. I'd definitely eat that chili chicken sandwich again. The fries are a huge portion and good for sharing (between my partner and I, we didn't even finish them, there were that many!) Ordering the sandwich + prices came out to be $26.

Their fried chickens have a great marinades, which make it messy to eat. I wish they had some wipes or something other than the paper towel/napkin option. This is ideal for dining-in; I don't recommend eating on the go. There's very limited seating, but somehow we snagged a seat. The party who ate before us didn't clean up after themselves... which wasn't very considerate. I ended up throwing up their trash. The staff seemed very busy behind the counter, and never came around to clean the tables. this is very much a takeout-forward place.“

“OMG. I wasn’t expecting the flavor explosion from this place. Even though they only serve one protein (guess), they knock it out of the park. The chicken, seasoning, and onion arrived at the table. Slipped a glove on and dug in! Ouch… it was so damn hot. After getting over that initial shock, the first piece went into my mouth… heaven! So then I expanded to try it with the seasoning… heaven-squared! As I continued devouring the chicken, my son pointed out, “try it with the onion as well.” Ok, that blew my mind… heaven-cubed! “I got chicken over rice for $12 hands down best deal I’ve had in all of NYC as a foodie. It was my first time experiencing halal food so I asked bunch of questions to the guys at the line and they were very chill; they described all the toppings that I pointed to and gave me a GENEROUS PORTION. Chicken was well seasoned and tender, rice was also seasoned and chickpeas and hummus were decently fresh; everything tasted good even on the next day. This fed me for easily two days! It was truly amazing that I can get chicken,rice,fries(shocking for me) and veggie of choice for only $12 was so impressive. I’m definitely going back.“

“Honest review- during my sit down at restaurant the owners and guy at register were kind people -that always goes a long way!
Food: fresh, nicely battered chicken it didn’t seem that the oil was sitting there all day- super fresh not too salty or heavy meal. I also ordered no salt on fries -that was accommodated for. Best fried kitchen that I’ve tried in the Ny/NJ area and I like the Korean twist with the sauces you can ask them to put on side. This is the type of business that local community should support given the way they are not trying to overdo it n keep it tasty at same time.
I happened to be passing thru town and saw the reviews- it’s worthy to become a restaurant chain/franchise. And it’s good prices there is no reason not to try this place especially if you’re close by. Best of luck to your business!“

“I ordered on Uber eats. because my phone number was wrong I didn’t get my food until an hour later, but they tried to address this issue actively. and though the food turned cold when i got it, it was still quite delicious(quite beyond my expectation!) “heard about this place on youtube for their special steamed thai hainanese chicken (small) for $6.50 in cash and it was SOO worth it. i substituted the ginger rice for regular white rice since i got scared the ginger might super prominent but heard it’s a good taste so will definitely try it when i visit new york again! the only thing i wished was definitely maybe a little bit more portion of the chicken. (i enjoyed it a lot) there was more rice than chicken ratio which i didn’t mind too much, but 1-2 more pieces of chicken would’ve been perfect! the sauce was amazing too :D

The flavor was incredibly authentic and reminded me of the original Korean-style chicken I grew up with.
