“I have bought meals from this store many times ever since they opened in GSP food court. This is one of the most popular restaurants in the mall, sometimes the line wrapping around the stairs. It’s take out only, but of course guests can use the mall’s dining hall for dine-in. The store does a good job of putting associates outside who take customers orders while they are waiting in the line. It speeds up the process and keeps the line short.

The store takes relatively short tike to prepare the orders. I always got my orders within 10 minutes. They always pack the items correctly. Never had any missing from the bag. They are also generous with the sauces. I got more whenever I asked. I love the chicken deluxe sandwich, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, milkshake of Chic Fil A. This store does an excellent job of maintaining the quality, taste and standard, at all times.

The associates are very friendly here. They always greet and smile. They happily fulfill any reasonable requests like extra sauces, napkins or utensils. The rewards account is also valuable as I get points for purchases from this store. I have redeemed points at this also for free sandwiches and desserts. I hope they continue to do well and keep making the guests happy at GSP.“

“I never eat chicken breast because they are too dry, but I can say this is the best fried chicken I’ve eaten from a restaurant. Juicy not greasy I wasn’t tired after I ate the meal absolutely delicious!“

The sides are a lot of fried foods too, but those were still very good. “I spoke with the owner after an issue he was very professional, and this is my follow up.

He suggested the chicken tenders and it was very fresh, I also saw a couple order the fish and it was fried to order —it looked so good. Honestly I’m very grateful the owner was able to make it right. Will be coming back again!

“I really wanted to love this place. This was my second visit, and while there are a lot of things they do well, there are still some areas that need improvement.

Food:
As a Korean, I thought the chicken itself was really good. It was crispy, and I liked that they offer so many sauce options. My favorites were the Sweet & Sour and Spicy Garlic. The Smoky K-BBQ, it was meh- it wasn’t sweet, spicy, or smoky enough and tasted pretty bland. The SOS Spicy was extremely spicy (Buldak-level), so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to heat.

I’ve tried a lot of Korean fried chicken spots in NJ, and I’d honestly rank this as one of the better ones. My biggest complaint is the sauce application. The chicken wasn’t coated evenly, with a lot of bare spots, and they weren’t very generous with the sauce, so there wasn’t enough to coat the pieces that were left plain.

The Blooming Onion was tasty but a little too greasy.The dipping sauce was also meh. The Korean Corn Ribs were good, but the portion felt small for the price.

Service:
This has been the biggest issue on both of my visits. They gave me an estimated pickup time, and I arrived after that, but my order still wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting another 5+ minutes even though I was the only customer there.

I know it’s World Cup season and everyone wants to watch the games, but the cooks were watching soccer while cooking instead of focusing on the orders. It gave the impression that the kitchen wasn’t paying full attention.

Overall, this is a good spot with some really solid food, but it has plenty of room for improvement. I hope the manager sees this review because with a little more attention to consistency and service, this place could easily become one of the best Korean fried chicken spots in the area.“

“I love Bb.q chicken with all my heart. This is one of the best fried chicken places I ever tried. The chicken is ver juicy and fresh. I personally love the secret sauce bone- in wings but my friends like the honey garlic wings better. Give this place a try!!!“

“I was looking for a good place to eat for lunch and found this place. The food is amazing. I never had dumplings where no sauce was needed. Fresh and explodes in your mouth with flavor. I wish I could give them 10 stars. “They were short staffed but the owners were so cute and attentive as possible. We had a larger group and ordered several items which were all delicious. The flavors weren’t extremely different from each other, even the spiciest wasn’t that spicy but the crispy outer layer of the chicken was perfect along with the tiny hint of spice. My personal fav was the galbi kimbab. Please support this local business! They even let us turn on the tv to play the Knicks game. What more can you ask for?“

We placed our pickup order ahead of time, and it was ready exactly when promised, which made the whole pickup process quick and easy. Parking was easy too.

“This is my fist time having Raising Cane’s in NYC and wow, this was very delicious. The food tasted very fresh. There’s plenty of seating and I went around noon - prepare for long lines. “Honestly, it makes me so happy that a place like this still exists in downtown Montclair. I picked up two pizzas today - a pepperoni and a cheese for $25. The woman there was incredibly sweet and gave me a free container of cut watermelon as well. I really like their pizza and have always sung their praises - it’s slightly spicy. Traditional? Not exactly but I’m Italian and I think it’s delicious for a good price so that’s what matters. Hope they’re around for a long time — they’ve always been there for me in a later night pinch“
