“This is one of the eateries I visit when in town. Although I don’t live in Paterson anymore Paterson hands down has some of the best food. The food here is always worth it, I always have leftovers.Pros: Reasonable pricing, large portion sizes and the food is consistently delicious.Cons: Parking is crappy, it’s meter parking and all the parking spots are always taken.Parking: Don’t double park it’s dangerous because cars like to fly down the street and officers are out to give tickets.“
“Tucked away in a plaza, this spot is unassuming from the outside..but you wait! That food is amazing! I had the jerk bbq chicken and I'm still drooling. Cabbage was excellent, rice and peas perfectly cooked, and I also got a beef Patty which I crushed in seconds.I will definitely be back!! This place takes card, but I recommend bringing cash to avoid credit card fees and better support this business and its lovely owner!“

“There is something about Chicken Supreme (located at 309 Union Ave, Paterson, NJ). It is the UniQlo of fried chicken places (simple, but made well, and available at a reasonable price).For sure, there are other fried chicken joints (e.g. Urban Chicken at 3 Glenridge Ave, Montclair, NJ) that have better recipe and quality, but the salty crispy fried chicken at Chicken Supreme is very satisfying and compels you to go back for more.The place has been around since 1976. Some say that recently the quality has gone down, but I have found it to be very consistent, exactly the same as the first time I tried it. This could be maybe because I don’t eat fried food that much. Even then, my favorite fried chicken is Korean Style Fried Chicken; My goto joint is Urban Chicken; But without doubt, there is something about Chicken Supreme. It has a distinct crispy texture, different in a good way, and the breast pieces are never dry.Overall, I understand why there are people who think this is the best place to have fried chicken in Northern NJ.“
“Well you guys need A better manager and you guys need a hand sanitizer the customers who want to eat inside could keep there hands clean and the workers should always keep the tables clean with the wipes and for the customers if they want to use a bathroom they need an emergency bathroom just go in and out as they pleases and you guys need better workers in the future.“
“This place is really underrated I know everyone's a little hesitant about this place because they use to serve very low quality pizza but whoever's the new owner is really putting his heart in soul in to it. The quality of the cheese exceeds Broadway pizza, very delicious !“
“My 1st time having Korean fried chicken. Been wanting to have it for a long time. Came across this gem and I'm a fan.Chicken is fried fresh to order so please be patient. I ordered the 5pc Golden original just so I can taste the overall flavor. Nicely fried to a crispy and juicy texture. The guy at the register Kim bought me over a side of their Secret Sauce to try it. Not too sweet or spicy but it's sticky. The 1st time having pickled daikon also. Very refreshing and a palate cleanser. Love it“
“My sister and her boyfriend introduce me to this fast food restaurant and I have to say I love it ! Though they don’t have many options other than burgers or tenders I think you get what the name of the restaurant provides lol. They do have some sides such as Mac and cheese, coleslaw, seasoned fries/cheese fries, pickles and milkshakes. I tried the Mac and cheese and honestly it lacked that cheesiness you look forward to when eating mac & cheese but aside from that the food is delicious. I usually get the medium level of spice and the one slider (comes with pickles, coleslaw, and signature sauce however you can ask to subtract or put things on the side) seasoned fries and drink meal which is always perfect as the chicken is pretty big. In my opinion medium it’s not very hot so if you have a good tolerance to spicy food I would try maybe a level above that which is “hot”. I’m super excited that they are opening one in my town because I will definitely be coming back ! Definitely recommend.“
“We moved from Fort Lee to Carlstadt area a year ago and struggled to find good Korean Fried Chicken nearby. Tried this today and it’s delicious! Family owned and very authentic to me. It came with a large serving of Coleslaw for my 20 pcs wing order. Crispy and saucy but doesn’t feel greasy. We will definitely be coming back whenever we want KFC!“
