“Visited Alkumah to try the Viral Crunchy Shawarma wrap and it definitely did not disappoint! The sweet sauce on it provided a tangy flavor that complimented the wrap. It was super filling and I was full before I finished eating it. The crunchiness of the wrap was just perfect and it was still hot and toasty as I ate it. Highly recommend a visit!“

My friend told me about this spot and before telling me anything about the food he told me about the people who work there. When I walked in I was treated as a friend not a customer I felt very welcomed. I could tell this staff member puts people first and respects everyone. Hubby was looking for something to eat and found Dominican Pica Pollo. Fried chicken with Dominican seasoning, it's so good.

I got the sandwich and hubby got chicken pieces. Have to say I prefer the chicken pieces. The chicken in the sandwich was a little overcooked so it was very dry, even though it is wonderfully seasoned.

Will go back for the chicken pieces yum.“

“At first when I saw some of the reviews saying that the staff were rude I was hesitant to go but I was there yesterday night with my husband and I had such a great experience we had the crispy chicken family meal with one side and the biscuits and we also had mint lemonade it was very delicious and fresh, They also gave us extra free biscuits and free fries overall the food was really good , the staff were very very friendly and the place was really clean, I definitely recommend this place :)“

“Awesome food. In particular they have my favorite dish that is hard to find. Most Chinese food restaurants don't make my favorite, Lake Ting Tung shrimp. You can order it with chicken or whatever you might like. Definitely try it, they make it well. My buddy and I went after midnight the day after a snowstorm. A few other food trucks showed as open on Google but were closed, and this was the only spot actually open; which we appreciated right away.

Unfortunately, the roads weren’t plowed well and my car got stuck in the snow. The chef noticed immediately and ran out of the truck to help us. He even brought out a shovel and started clearing snow himself. That level of kindness and willingness to help late at night meant a lot. You don’t see that often.

On top of that, the pierna chimi was absolutely delicious; packed with flavor and loaded with meat. It had been a while since we had one, and it definitely hit the spot. Well worth everything we went through to get there.
