“I ate the small soy sauce crab sauce and it was wow ㅠㅠ It was so delicious. It wasn't too salty and had a little bit of spiciness in the liver, so I didn't feel burdened at all when I ate the soup with rice and topped with crab sauce. It was so good that I'll post a review as soon as I eat it ?????? I highly recommend it.”
“If you're into malatang, you gotta try this malatoppoki! It's way tastier and more addictive than regular Chinese restaurant. The chicken inside is amazing!!!!!”

“The quality of the meat is pretty high. I have yet to try their cold buckwheat noodles. I've heard great things.Parking: The parking lot is tiny and shared with other businesses. During dinner hours, they only offer valet parking. It's the only negative I have.”
“The vegetables and meat are all fresh, and the interior is also pretty, making you want to come back. Highly recommended!!! If I had 10 stars, I would give it 10 stars.”
“This is the best grilled fish place I have ever been coming from Manhattan. Worth the trip I am so glad I can call myself a regular now wowow!!! Been waiting so long for this Cocktails are visually so appealing too with everything so fresh. Made to order!!!! Thank you for owners for opening this place ”

“Clean & no tip is good. Food is generally good, except when you go a bit late. The sausage comes out bloated & blown. I wish they would just give it as separate item like before. All you can eat kimchi means I can dial down on salt & fill myself with kimchi. I go there may be every other week.A trend of self service appears to be taking shape. A god (blasphemy if in cap) of Jjambbong or 짬뽕의 신 just opened up with same concept. No tip & taxes.”
“For anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and delicious food this is place to go. First of all, the customer service is a unique experience. Instead of the staff checking up at random moments, they provide a button allowing you to call for assistance. As for the food, it was extremely tasteful and well balanced. We had wide variety of food including the shrimp tempura roll, seared beef roll, chicken kaarage, and the shrimp tempura undon soup. It was all delicious and came out at a good space. To anyone looking for a perfect anniversary spot, I highly recommend Kumade.”
“I had been craving raw marinated crabs for who even knows how long. So I jumped at the opportunity to go when a friend told me about this place. They do require about an hour and a half notice if you want certain things on the menu, so I would just call in beforehand so that you can order and you don't have to wait there. The raw marinated crab is so good! Both the soy and spicy marinades are delicious, even by themselves on rice. The crabs are so meaty and juicy and creamy. You don't even have to eat it with rice, it's so good on its own. The seafood pancake was a really good side dish to add on. Nothing too special on its own but just nice to have and you can dip it in the soy marinade. The abalone porridge was good, but if you're getting the crabs, I don't think it's really necessary to have. Because you already get rice and seafood. But it's still a good homey porridge.”

“Great place for breakfast or lunch, the food is incredible and made with fresh ingredients. Some of the best service I had and the prices are more than fair! They really care for the quality of the food, hard not to go back! Coffee is great!Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance plenty wide, spacious enough to sit at any table with a wheelchair.”
“There is nothing but good vibes coming here for food. The grannie is so helpful and attentive, would keep refilling the kimchi dish right as it’s finished and so sweet and kind. The staff are awesome, food is great! Definitely come here and try it. The price is absolutely fair too!”

“This place is a kind of gem. So clean and thoughtful service. The amount of food is a lot and taste is good as well. "Halmae kalgooksoo" is so tasty. I am gonna visit it again soon.”
“Takeout pizza. Ordered a large sausage pie ahead and it was just completed for pickup. Great crust to transport great flavored toppings. We devoured it with gusto.”
“I ordered Mul Naengmyeon, Bibim Naengmyeon, Galbitang, Pork Cutlet, and Bulgogi Dolsot and it was very delicious. I think I will come here often. The owner is also very kind.”

“I recently ordered Combo A and it exceeded my expectations! It was incredibly generous in portion size, easily satisfying five people. The sashimi was delightfully fresh, accompanied by a great variety of delicious side dishes. The service was exceptional, contributing to an overall wonderful experience. We left feeling super satisfied and would highly recommend it!”
“Cool restaurant where you can order skewers and grill them over hot charcoal yourself. Nice set up with slots to place skewers and great variety. Aside from meat skewers, veggie dishes were well done as well.”

“Note: though this place is named Hanam BBQ, we cam for the sushi. This is one of the better sushi restaurants I've been to in Fort Lee. Caters to mostly Korean crowd which means they serve good fresh sashimi and sushi. Their side dishes were tasty and plentiful. I didn't order any BBQ dishes but will indulge on my return visit. This place gets crowded during meal time and does have few private rooms. Interestingly, this place is attached to a karaoke bar. So after eating ur meal, u can sing ur favorite karaoke tunes without leaving the place and ur calories off. What more can u ask for?”
“I have had Korean food all over the globe, and this is one of my constant "Go-To" spots any time I am in the area. The food is always amazing, the staff attentive, the cleanliness immaculate, and the atmosphere bright, cheerful, and welcoming.”
“Very good service. Stayed at a hotel nearby and decided to try this out with the fam! Food was very authentic and good!Just a little cold since door is really close to the chairs other than that it was ”
“Delicious skewers that cooks right in front of your eyes! We love this place, and the service is great as well. The servers check on us and help us to grill. The food is not cheap, but the meat is top-notch quality. I wish they do takeout on the skewers, or cook in the back to save time. Follow me for more food adventures on Instagram at @maggielicious.to”
“Fried Chicken is not my thing, but I eat it once in a while. For me, amongst all fried chicken, Korean Fried Chicken is the best. Amongst all Korean Fried Chicken (in the tri state), BB.Q Chicken is the best. You can say, BB.Q Chicken is "as good as it gets". For those who remember "As good as it gets" the movie, and remember Nicholson saying to Hunt, "You make me want to be a better person", I say, "BB.Q Chicken makes me want to eat more fried chicken". That is how good it is.”
“It's a LOT of food. The minimum order quntity for their dakgalbi is 2 servings, and that's a 2 servings in the pan in the picture, which actually felt like 4 servings. We ordered half a fried chicken and that was an overkill. Ended up bringing more than half the food home as a leftover.Make sure you bring a group of 3-4 if you want to order dakgalbi, especially if you're gonna order fried rice after the dakgalbi.the food itself was great. Both the dakgalbi and fried chicken. Would come again”
“New owners since May 2023, as claimed by the waitstaff. I frequented this place as it is close to home. Good is good. Had the kalbi and pork belly grilled at the table. It is expensive, but the quality of the meat justifies the price. Meat was marbled beautifully. The ban chan, along with the egg and deunjang soup were great. BYOB.”

“Very good food, love the complementary Korean tapas. Perfect for small groups and families. Tables are big and comfortable, service is always pleasant and fast. I really like this restaurant.”

“Bubble tea and cookies are really delicious!!The staff are always friendly, and even if there are any complaints, they are resolved very quickly! This place also sells wine, so it's a great place to chat with friends while enjoying wine or dessert.I like the cafe atmosphere.”
“Hang Ah Ri makes food from the heart that is nourishing and delicious! The food is presented with care and great taste. The donkatsu is super satisfying and the sujebi is hand torn too. The mushroom don is a little sweet but still a good vegetarian option. The atmosphere is calm and service attentive. Would recommend!”
“Came in for dessert after eating dinner elsewhere. The place is a little cramped but also had a cozy vibe. The staff is very friendly.Knew I had to try their bingsu. So glad it's offered even in the winter. We ordered the injeolmi bingsu. It took a few mins to create but it's well worth it and the presentation is beautiful. Definitely big enough to serve 2 people. All the ingredients tasted fresh. It's full of flavor and texture. I love that they use milk ice and also had a small cup of condensed milk to pour over top of the bingsu. They do not skimp out of any of the toppings. So many nuts, red bean, rice cake, and injeolmi powder.Definitely will be back to try the other flavors.”
“I was visiting NJ and stumbled upon Boba Land. It has several unique flavors. My favorite was the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Although, it's a common flavor, Boba Land makes it just right!”
“so good! They have a ton of jjajang options, and their sweet and sour pork is perfectly balanced. Our usual spot was closed early so we ended up at HBJ, which we ended up liking more!Kid-friendliness: There were kids when we were here, and the place is for all ages as long as you like food :)”
“One of the Best Fried Chicken in Palisades Park. It has been 3years using this restaurant. The owner is very nice and I can see that he works very hard. Always same quality, quantity, and good food. My friend recommended this place at first and I am keep going and I will keep going this place. I already recommended many of my friend.???”
“Came here for my mom's birthday dinner. I couldn't capture in pictures how great the food was. I think I might go to NJ just to visit this restaurant. The food was very fresh, tasty, and felt healthy. I would like to go there every day if possible.”
“Been going at least twice a month and the owner is incredibly kind! Place is cozy, warm and comfortable no matter where we sit and food is always hot and delicious!”
“You don’t dine in here for the vibe. You won’t get any pleasant table service by waiter. The operation resembles McDonald; pay at the cashier, pick up your own order and clean up what you ate. This is totally fine by me whenever I crave naengmyun (Korean cold noodles) while I want to stay under $20/person budget. The taste is solid. Not the best in town, but probably the best $15 (tip, tax included) naengmyun in NY/NJ. And the bottomless beef soup is a huge bonus as it perfectly pairs with the spicy noodles. They do offer more than cold noodles, such as galbi and combo meals. But I won’t go out of my way for other entrees besides cold noodles here.”
“Parking: They have a small parking lot for customers. If that is filled then there is street parking.Atmosphere: Good place to go with a group of friends to talk/chill and to enjoy good food.Service: Employees are nice. We were seated immediately. The wait for the food after ordering is reasonable.Food: I love this place. Their pork set is really good! The pork katsu is nicely breaded and cooked. Additionally, love the fact that they have different spice levels to cater to a larger audience. I love spicy food and highly recommend “spicy guru” for all fellow spice lovers. The prices were fair last I went and you will definitely get full off of one order. I wish there was a location closer to me.Verdict: Highly recommend”
“In 2024, it feels like a Chinese food war has broken out in the food alley of Palpac Koreatown. Invincible Jjambbong is a new company, but both the taste and service were good. For those who like Jjajang with a lot of seasoning and a lot of oil and stir-fried onions, the Gan Jjajang here may have different tastes as it pursues the original taste of Gan Jjajang a little more.”
“This place is the best chinese food in Bergen county. I'm 41 been coming here since high school which is located 2 blocks away. The family is always friendly.”

“Good food. Visited here on a rainy weekend (perfect day for 파전!) so it wasn't as crowded as expected. There's only 3 tables so you might have to wait on sunnier ”
“Celebrating a friend’s birthday with couple combo bbq. Very tasty and good meats. Seafood pancake is a must have. Extremely nice servers, they will cook for you (they know the how to better than us). Highly recommended.”

“Very cute and well decorated cafe in the area! They have a photo booth that you can pay to use to capture good memories of your day. I came here and got the matcha ice cream latte. It was delicious and refreshing- perfect for the summer weather. I would definitely come back here again to try their other drinks!”
“Great little Korean/chinese styled malatang spot. Their level 1 spicy is quite spicy, so be warned. It wasn’t shown on their menu but you can also order 0.5 spicy level. But if you have pride like me, that might be hard to do.All their vegetables were really fresh, the meat options were plentiful and juicy. After you pick your food and put it in the bowl, the cashier even drains out the water for you to save you some cash. Classy. Their broth was also quite flavorful, not too salty like some places. You also get a free dessert if you pay with cash. Some other pluses is that they have a small parking lot out front that can hold about 4 cars.We also got there on a Friday night, and there was a quite a line waiting for a table, so be aware of wait times later in the day. Would definitely recommend this place to spicy enthusiasts. There are also some non spicy options..but then what are you doing here? lol”
“One of my go-to places for chicken in Palisades Park. Food is delicious, we always get the Onion Chicken, which is perfect to share with 2-3 people and supplement with something else like bu dae jigae. We went with a group of 4 and had to wait about 15 minutes around 6:30pm to get a table, but it went by quick. Staff was friendly and place is clean and fun decor. Like everywhere in Palisades park, street paid parking is limited but there is free parking in the neighborhood streets if you want to walk further. One of my favorite places to eat at in Palisades Park, can't wait to come back!”
“Hands down one of the best dive bars around in the area! If you're a dive bar fanatic and looking for a great time then look no further. With pool tables and darts readily available for fun times, this bar is packed with solid drink options and cool people. Anthony (bar tender) is superrrrr awesome and very personable. You feel like you're at home AND that you're one of the regulars when you come here. It's a special feeling when you walk into a bar and can make friends easily. With a long bar top and table seating you can have a large gathering for any occasion and it's open quite late. To add, you can order food and have it delivered here to eat. The vibes are exactly what you look for in a dive bar, and I can't wait to keep coming back.”
“This is genuinely good Guatemalan food. We had the beef soup and ordered steak also but the portions of meat in the soup was so generous we didn’t even get too the steaks so we took them home. Service was very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was very informal. Some guys were watching soccer on the big screen tv and others were sitting alone, no one bothered anyone. I’m definitely going back for that soup as the winter sets in harder.Parking: It’s general street parking with meters I believe are only active on weekdays”
“A little hidden gem!I’ve lived in the area for quite a while and did not know about this place.Food was really good.We had the steak and eggs breakfast. The queso fresco was really good.Tortillas were fresh!Everything was tasty.Would recommend and go back!”
“I've been to Cafe Leah before and tried the mango cheesecake, strawberry matcha, and oreo bingsoo before. This time I tried the tiramisu one and it was sooo good. There were these layers of what I think was milk foam and that was extremely delicious paired with the cocoa powder. Cafe Leah never disappoints with the taste, but recently their prices have gotten so high and portions have gotten smaller which is why I cut off a star. Otherwise, really good bingsoo in the area!”
“Family owned small business that offers the best soulongtang (beef bone soups) and sundaeguk (blood sausage soups) in the neighborhood. Their prices have gone up since I first started going here years ago but the soup is still great and a decent value. The shop is no-frills with a few table tops and stools. Everything use to be $10 and then during the pandemic, prices varied and I didn't like that they didn't have their prices posted but now they do which is much more transparent. Their menu is still in Korean so you might need the help of Google Translate if you can't read Hangul.”
“(Translated by Google) The food is very good ... I have been going there for years but the portions are now very small in a tooth, I have that, please, larger portions ...(Original)La comida es muy buena...tengo años de ir ahi pero las porciones ahora son muy pequeñas en una muela se me queda eso porfavor porciones mas grandes...”
“Press sandwich chain from South Korea. I have been a customer since they open many years ago. They have both sweet and savory options, their bulgogi beef and spicy chicken are my favorite. The staff has changed over the years but they have always been very friendly and service is always pretty fast. A lot of also people come here for their sweetened ice coffee, which I find to be a treat. They also offer bakery items as well as premade cold-cut sandwiches and gimbab (Korean rice roll). I recently notice them having Portuguese-style egg tarts too. It's located in the hart of downtown Palisades Park. Street parking only and sometimes it's hard to come by.”
“My dad and mom always took me here for sicilian and mussels since I was a kid. It is the best! I still go there when I get a craving for it every so often even after 30+ years!”
“The reason you can open a store just with kimbap is because the taste of kimbap is that good. This is the best kimbap in Palpak. Neither too much nor too little. After eating, I don't feel flat or feel sick. It tastes honest.”
“It's a great spot for a little outside-the-house WFH moment. Also, the staff is amazing here. Wesley is awesome and keeps this place joyful! The other younger staff are great too but not sure of their names. Besides the service and convenience of working from home via a cafe, they offer an array of delicious desserts! Definitely order the Oreo-flavored donut and cinnamon twist! Stay sweet, - @nycdessert / IG”
“My husband wanted a shake but since they don't do shakes there he got a smoothie instead and he's glad he did cause it was pretty good , and their churros are freshly made...”
“This bakery is located near the bus stops and so I go occasionally. Good menu of bakeries which are all Korean. I feel like they need one or more extra help taking orders. Because there are too few workers your order gets forgotten or the order comes out late. But still a pretty decent place to sit down.”

하마 음식점
“This noodle place is very reminiscent of simple noodle places in Seoul. No frills, just good eats. It is a small but popular place, but people do not stay long. So, even in the middle of dinner, wait is probably only about 15 minutes. And it is well worth it.”
“I have had Korean food all over the globe, and this is one of my constant "Go-To" spots any time I am in the area. The food is always amazing, the staff attentive, the cleanliness immaculate, and the atmosphere bright, cheerful, and welcoming.”
“Absolutely amazing and fresh food. Great service, the owner and employees are so friendly. They make you feel as if you are eating in their house. Being a vegetarian I loved the sides they start you off. I also ordered jap Chae- very good. And their tofu gop dol with homemade red pepper sauce. If you like spicy, ask for their VERY spicy hot sauce. Will definitely be going back here!”

“Small but cute sized restaurant. My girlfriend and I ordered the soondubu and she LOVED the flavor of the stock because it tastes more flavorful compared to other placeswe tried. Says it's her new favorite stew place.”
“In particular, I recommend a new dish called pork ribs and the sujebi type of noodles for lunch, and the people who went with me loved it and said it was delicious.”

K Pizza
“I was a bit hesitant to try this place as some reviews spoke about food poisoning...but alas I live. I called to place my order and when I arrived, the pizza was ready immediately and still super hot.The store itself is a sight for sore eyes, so it's not really conducive to sitting down there. The pizza is a bit more expensive than American pizza but you pay for the novelty! I liked the combo of bulgogi and shrimp. There was also bell pepper, olives and corn, which helped to cut through the cheese. The sweet potato bites with cheese are a tasty combo as you get crisp from the crust, sweetness from the sweet potato and salt from the cheese. The crust does make it harder to hold the pizza though.”
“I ate pig's feet...First of all, the seasoning of the Makguksu that comes with it is amazingly delicious.First of all, I like the idea of coming together like in Korea, and the taste of Makguksu is also good.article par excellence.Kimchi and radish kimchi are also well seasoned and made with great care. The unfortunate thing is that pig's feet are not just pig's feet.It doesn't smell and it's good, but the downside is that if you look closely at the meat, you'll see that the meat isn't just cut from a pig's foot, but is made of beef and lean meat. The downside is that you have to press it and cut it like cold cuts.Like other restaurants, pig's feet have to be boiled and then cut.It looks like it's made from pressed meat, like cold pork, and then cut with a knife. The purity of the pig's feet is lacking. The taste of the meat itself is not bad. Both are okay.Next time I plan to try bossam.Second review. One of the best restaurants where the taste never changes!!Pig’s feet are also transformed into natural pig’s feet!!One of the restaurants that is worth the money!I hope it stays at a Jokbal Bossam restaurant where the taste doesn’t change for a long time..Third reviewAs a regular who orders and eats at least once a month, this is how I feel these days:Food is so unpredictable these days.Sometimes the pig's feet are so thick that I wonder how they can be cut like that.Bossam is sometimes so delicious, but sometimes it's more than half empty.Boss, you need to pay attention.”
“I went to eat bbq last Saturday, and the remodeling made the atmosphere different, which was nice. The meat was also grilled in the kitchen, so I could eat it right away, which was great. The young server who served us with a bright smile was very nice, but the other female server seemed upset.Additionally, because of the server who provided good service, I want to come back again, so I want to give a high rating!!”

“Omg! I ate Dogani stew, stir-fried pork, seafood and green onion pancakes etc.. they are so delicious and organic! You have to come and try! You won't regret.”
“Good. Maybe coming back next time. I think I might need to compare it with H mart, but generally we had a good experience. They even gave us different types of Korean sauces including the hot chili sauce. Happy to have this place in USA.(아쉬운 점은 연어회덮밥에 연어회가 좀 많이 부족했어요 ?)”
“Been buying booze from these people for years. Owner is mad cool but he never sells me winning lottery tickets no matter how frequently I ask... Everything is reasonably priced and if you don't like it, go to another Bodega. Place is very conveniently located, with great staff and long hours. You can't ask for more.”
“There's not much of a night life in Jersey so having this as an option for late night food and/or drinks is great. My friends and I like going here to share food and have a good time. I personally like the 201 nachos and the lychee cocktails a lot. Music is good, vibe is good. Can't go wrong”

“This place is good if you like sushi and sashimi. I purchased $130 family platter and size of sashimi is big and satisfing. Rolls were great and sushi was also good. Best thing was that they do not use frozen tilapia. Many to go sushi place use tilapia a lot but this place never use ”

“There is nothing but good vibes coming here for food. The grannie is so helpful and attentive, would keep refilling the kimchi dish right as it’s finished and so sweet and kind. The staff are awesome, food is great! Definitely come here and try it. The price is absolutely fair too!”
“Been going at least twice a month and the owner is incredibly kind! Place is cozy, warm and comfortable no matter where we sit and food is always hot and delicious!”
“This place is a kind of gem. So clean and thoughtful service. The amount of food is a lot and taste is good as well. "Halmae kalgooksoo" is so tasty. I am gonna visit it again soon.”
“This place is rocking! Their pastries are top notch and many to choose from. Elaine was so kind and helpful that she walked me through and explained all pastries that don’t contain sugar in it. I can’t eat sweet bc of my medical conditions, so I ‘ve got Taiwanese castella, delicious!”
“I'm posting a review again. No matter where I go, everyone is friendly. How about thinking about your own manners before giving 1 star? I hope you think about your own manners first rather than the criticism of the people working there. I change my position and get as much as I can no matter where I go. The owner here is the kind of person who makes it again when you say, "Oh, this isn't that good?". Looking at the reviews, it's a bit frozen, so I'll try it again. raise it”
“I ordered Mul Naengmyeon, Bibim Naengmyeon, Galbitang, Pork Cutlet, and Bulgogi Dolsot and it was very delicious. I think I will come here often. The owner is also very kind.”
“so good! They have a ton of jjajang options, and their sweet and sour pork is perfectly balanced. Our usual spot was closed early so we ended up at HBJ, which we ended up liking more!Kid-friendliness: There were kids when we were here, and the place is for all ages as long as you like food :)”
“Pho 420 Saigon in Palisades Park, NJ. Moody Sunday calls for Hot and Spicy Pho. Crispy Pork Spring Roll and Spicy Pho Oxtail, Rare Eye-Round Pho are my favorite at @pho420saigon. It's nothing fancy but the service is fast!”
“First time going to a real Korean restaurant, and we loved it! The ladies were so nice and polite and helped us to order food that they thought we might like, and they were so right!! We ordered a lot of food to try and it wasn't expensive for the amount of food 10/10”
“Delicious skewers that cooks right in front of your eyes! We love this place, and the service is great as well. The servers check on us and help us to grill. The food is not cheap, but the meat is top-notch quality. I wish they do takeout on the skewers, or cook in the back to save time.
“Amazing hot pot experience. Great service, excellent food, reasonable prices. We love it!Highly recommended! The ice cream in the end of the meal is a real treat as well!Vegetarian options: Excellent all you can eat vegetarian options.Parking: Parking is available in front of the restaurantKid-friendliness: Our kids love it! Each kid cooks what he or she likes”
