Te Min Quan 대명관 Reviews
I’ve been coming to this place for jajangmyun (noodles in brown sauce) for over 20 years with my family. Tang soo yuk as well as spicy pepper garlic shrimp are also main staples from their menu. The owner is very sweet and always wants her customers to enjoy their meal. Ask around anyone who’s lived around the Palisades Park area for years and they’ll tell you the same. Come give them a try and I’m sure you’ll feel satisfied!
Best jjajangmyeon in NJ. I used to dine here with my grandmother back in the early 2000s. Love that they’re able to maintain their authentic taste and vibe. Wish they were as just as they other places nearby.
Been coming here over 20 years cause of the consistent good food and great service. The owner is a sweetheart too! My favorite for black bean noodles hands down

Te Min Quan 대명관 is a well-known restaurant that may require a short wait for a table. The fried pork is crispy and juicy, while the unijjajang has a spicy kick. The Jjajangmyeon and Tangsuyuk are the best dishes, and the pork and chives with buns are also popular. The sweet and sour pork, stir-fried black bean paste, fried dumplings, and jjamppong are recommended as well. The restaurant aims to use minimal MSG in their dishes, and the friendly owners warmly welcome guests. Parking can be a bit inconvenient, as it is on the street. While the portions may seem small for the price, especially for fried rice and other yori dishes, the restaurant maintains a good reputation for dishes like sweet and sour pork and dried shrimp.
