“It’s on a corner, so it made it hard to find at first being by the intersection. We chose this spot due to the high rating , definitely was true. Bagel was soft and fresh and the nutella latte was really good. 10/10 so happy I found this gem and highly recommend giving a try if you can.“

“Visit the bakery yesterday, and it was worth every dollar I spend. The Pecan cream ring tasted just how I remembered when I was a kid. I also bought one double chocolate cookie, which was amazing!! I wish I bough more. The staff was super nice and helpful. I grew up in pal park, and the bakery was always the go to spot for our desserts. Keep it going and no slacking on the deliciousness. Going back today for more cookies😁“

“Stopped by over the weekend and really enjoyed the variety here.

My favorite pastry was the mushroom onion pastry. I also liked the coffee pastry and the matcha pastry with cream inside. Some of the sweeter breads were a little too sweet for me, but everything tasted fresh.

The brunch was the biggest surprise. The meat sauce pasta was simple but really good, and the clam chowder in a bread bowl was filling and flavorful.

We also tried the pistachio latte and pumpkin spice latte. The pistachio latte was my favorite, especially with the lowest sugar level.

The cafe is spacious and bright, but it gets busy on weekends and good seats can be hard to find. Some pastries also sell out later in the day, so going earlier is probably better.

Lots of choices between coffee, pastries, cakes, brunch, and ice cream. Good spot for a casual meal, coffee, or meeting friends.“

“I got the pralines & cream ice cream cake and it was delicious! The employee told me that so far it’s the only location that’s selling the ice cream cakes. I hope they end up selling it in other locations too~ My whole family (young and old) lived it and said it was really good too! The employee was also really nice, helpful, and informative. She told us the time frame that the cake can last outside and gave us some cups with ice to help keep cool since the weather was so hot. I would definitely come back for more ice cream cake!“

“My husband and I made the long drive yesterday (2 1/2 hrs each way) from upstate NY to visit our daughter in NYC just for the day. While strolling around her neighborhood we came upon your lovely bakery and cafe and after eyeing the beautiful carrot cake in the window, we had to go in. Carrot cake is my favorite sweet treat. There were so many beautiful choices, but we got 2 slices of carrot cake to take back home with us. After the long drive back home we were really looking forward to a piece of cake and a cup of coffee. I opened one of the beautifully packed boxes, which revealed an enormous slice of yumminess!! The slice was big enough for at least 3 people. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Everything about this cake was phenomenal. The frosting was outstanding, the cake was so flavorful and moist. It was the best we’ve ever had. We have enough left for a few days. I’m so glad we stopped in. It was a great way to end our lovely day in the city and will most certainly go back on our next trek in . I will also have to get our daughter pick up some baked goods when she’s coming home for a visit. I highly recommend Crumbly Cafe & Bakery😊😊“

But damnnn, the pork filling was practically 90% fat…. Definitely the fattiest BBQ pork bun I’ve ever eaten, which was a bit disappointing considering how good everything else was.

I called Marie to tell her my vision and she helped me through it and made it even better, she's so kind and so open to collaborating. And not only that the flavor was INSANELY DELICIOUS. I am normally not a big cake person but it was the perfect balance of moist and creamy, the way I told her how I wanted it to be. I ordered for pick up and was pulled into a meeting, causing me to come get my iced drink and hot sandwich 1 hour later than I was supposed to, leaving the drink melted and the breakfast sandwich cold. “They have the best italian bread in JC, baked fresh every morning. Every sandwich is delicious, every pastry is delicious. Prices are great, can get a regular sandwich for less than the price of fast food.

Personal favorites of mine, hot roast beef, mozz + gravy sandwich and the cinnamon bread or the sweet ricotta calzones.

The earlier you can get in the fresher, some of the pastries will be sold out before closing.“

It is very thick and I believe it has milk chocolate chips (I am a semi sweet girl). If you heat up this cookie and top it with ice cream, it would be like a little mini pazookie. There is no seating here, but they have two benches outside (that will likely be occupied if it's busy). They also sell coffee, chocolates, and other foods!“
