Used to go the Mount Vernon shop when I was a kid, then after the fire and they moved to the Bronx..followed them down there- EVEN when the current owner bought from the gentile older man from MV... "Paul" has kept up standards. The Coco Breads are THE BOMB - I'd know, I was taught to make them at the bakery my Granny worked in Mo'bay every summer! A MUST HAVE !!!! Go out of your way. Brave the parking situation. DO IT, you will not regret it!
I ordered cocktail patties from Paul’s Caribbean Bakery for my son’s birthday party, and they were absolutely amazing\\! They were fresh, flavorful, and a huge hit with all of our guests\\. Everyone kept asking where we got them from\\. The quality, taste, and service exceeded my expectations\\. I will definitely be ordering from Paul’s Caribbean Bakery again for future events\\.
