Excellent patties! Meaty not saucy! 😋
I immediately noticed that this is a homemade patty. Not your traditional flaky Jamaican patty with excessive shortening or butter cut into the dough. That being said, for the lack of flake, there is no shortage of flavor. What a delicious bite. The beef and the chicken were both tasty and well seasoned.
