"Paul" has kept up standards. The Coco Breads are THE BOMB - I'd know, I was taught to make them at the bakery my Granny worked in Mo'bay every summer! A MUST HAVE !!!! Go out of your way. “Don’t be fooled by the smallness of the place. The breakfast sandwiches are some of the tastiest I’ve ever had. I was looking to order a cake for a birthday, and I was impressed by their photos on Instagram as well as the flavor of the slices they had for sale (one of which I received as a gift). I provided a picture of what I wanted and they did not disappoint! Besides looking beautiful, the cake was moist and flavorful, even days later. Highly recommended!“

“Grew up in the area and was sad that our go-to Chinese restaurant closed down. We decided to try out the bakery/cafe that opened in the location, and we were happy to find a great addition to the neighborhood!
Before we even entered, an exiting customer proudly shouted to us that this was THE spot to go to. Our server, Louis, was very friendly and attentive to us. We were also pleasantly surprised that the matcha we ordered actually tasted like matcha and not just pastel green-colored milk that some places in the area have served. “Delillo pastry shop is one of those neighborhood gems to sit and enjoy exceptional coffee and pastries that are out of this world in quality. We highly enjoyed their Eclairs and Cappuccinos. They also sell a variety of Torrone flavors and we bought several as a gift for family.

The shop employees were so nice and helpful as well. This is truly a great place to stop and sit either inside, or out on the patio, and enjoy true Italian pastry. The only downside is that our stomachs ran out of room!

It was nice to know that they also ship out of state! We will certainly be getting more in future.“

Dietary restrictions: You can ask not to put extra salt in certain things and I find the soup is not salty. They’re pretty accommodating with everyone.“

“I grew up driving past this bakery when living in the Bronx. A sandwich, whether roll or hero is not a sandwich w out this bread. I make 2 hr trips to the Bronx now whenever possible to get my bread fix. You can use the finest meat and cheeses on a sandwich but if you don’t have it on their bread, it seems like it was all a waste and may as well had a sub way sandwich. Happy 100 Years!“

“Capy Tres Leche Cake is seriously one of the best tres leches cakes I’ve had. The cake is soft and perfectly soaked, so it’s really moist without feeling too heavy. The sweetness is just right, and the creamy milk flavor really stands out in a good way. You can tell a lot of time and effort goes into making each cake.
