“Bought dinner for a large family with children and we all raved about the food. Flavour-bomb! Well seasoned, just enough spice for my taste and the portions are big! It’s already so difficult to get good- tasting Caribbean food in the Bronx, but now I’m super happy I tried here! My new go to “

“Walked pass and saw the oxtail omelette that’s what got my attention. But once in side the food looked so good I forgot about the omelette the Rasta pasta with oxtails 100/10 the service is superior the vibe was even better. They really are a gem I’m willing to drive 6 hours for. Blew me away before going back home I had to stop and get more food. Keep up the good work“

“Living in the neighborhood we always get quick delivery once the food is ordered on the phone. In my pictures its the $12 Beef Stew Plate featuring yellow rice, beef stew in gravy sauce w/ potatoes and a cup on the side with red beans. Myself and my 14 year old young man always splits this $12 plate as you can see in the video. Delicious“

“I came here for the first time for brunch with my fiance. We didn't make a reservation but we were seated instantly.. I would highly encourage making reservations as there were multiple events happening there and we were lucky to get in on a walk-in LOL. The wait staff was very friendly. We had nice conversations and She was attentive. My fiance ordered that oxtail Rasta pasta which was amazing. And I got the chicken and red velvet waffles which was also very good. I liked his dish more though LOL. We also ordered the ackee and saltfish patties. I love that concept. It was creative and very good. I ordered the rum punch( potent and delicious) while my fiance had the bottomless brunch drinks for 1 hour. It included either a screwdriver or a mimosa. The difference if you would like to know is one is vodka and orange juice. The other is champagne and orange juice. We preferred the vodka LOL. Really nice Restaurant. atmosphere was beautiful music on point we were jamming out. We had such a great time. Amazing vibes. Highly highly, highly recommend and will definitely be returning.“

“The food looks tasty, everytime I order from them the customer service is excellent. People are friendly. My only critique is that the size of the protein is too small. The chicken pieces are so tiny, as a hungry growing boy, I need more protein. One piece of chicken is done in 1 bite.Other than that, I recommend.“

“Being an older Hispanic woman I don’t really eat outside. I was raised to eat at home. I walked by and was given a flyer by the owners daughter. I came back later on and decided to try. I tried the oxtail with rice and peas and cabbage. The food was rich in flavor . The service was exceptional and the owner was very friendly. I will definitely be returning.“

“Hands ✋? ?? DOWN the BEST Jamaican food in the Bronx! Small in size, colossal flavors though, great selections, excellent customer service, and incredibly tasty food. The portions are insane in comparison to quantity, well beyond worth the money. Small plates to catered trays, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They're cooking on the premises, and it's magic ✨️ ?? Gotta be.. Pictured is a medium Whiting meal ??$14 ... a medium!“

“I was introduced to this venue by my friend around Mother’s Day weekend. I had lunch which consisted of cow foot, white rice n vegetables. I must say it was very delicious. I mean they gave such a large portion for a small size. It took 2 days to finish. I am an avid food critic here on google. If I give their food a 5 star it has to be good. The staff is very pleasant. I went there a 2nd time had the stew peas n rice. Yes that was good as well. My family came in from Fl, they enjoyed the food too. I just received word that my brother is making another trip there momentarily. Overall, food is good! Yes, the venue stands alone, parking is quite limited. But if you double park, no one bothers you. Understand it’s a long wait to be served. But it’s worth it! Service I gave a 4 bc it can be improved with all the servers wearing visible hairnets n gloves. For the atmosphere I have a 4 it can be improved to have a bit more order as ppl are waiting to be served. More lighting etc. Overall, very nice place to go and get authentic Jamaican cuisine.$$“

“Flamez Restaurant offers an authentic taste of Jamaica that was bought to me for the first time for lunch. Hands down it was Caribbean with every bite. The flavors are bold, the portions generous. The oxtail stew, rice, sweet plantains & steamed veggies were amazing. Whether you're a longtime fan of Jamaican cuisine or a newcomer eager to explore new flavors, Flamez Restaurant is a must-visit destination.

“We went with about a party of 15 and they accommodated us all in a good area to enjoy each other's company. The food was amazingly delicious, and they served a nice portion. The service was great. They were quick in getting our food and drinks on the table. I was very amazed and happy to have joined everyone at this event here at Triple Deuce. Forgot to mention that they have a live DJ on the premises, and the music was great.“

“Clean Jamaican take out. Not many tables to dine in, so I always get my food to go. Their curry goat is my fav, but I’ve also had the oxtail, jerk chicken, & salmon all very good. The mac n cheese is pretty good for a Jamaican restaurant too…iykyk. Omg…the carrot cake is some of the best I’ve ever tasted. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!“

“The food here is ridiculously delicious. There’s so much flavor to everything they make. The portions are very generous and the prices are reasonable. The service is very quick and polite. My only complaint is that the food is so delicious that I had a bit of trouble stopping eating. There are worse troubles though. I highly recommend this place. Superb.
Parking: The parking is a bit difficult but I was able to park on the side street“

“We had just come from my uncle burial at Woodlawn cemetery. My cousins and I had not eaten anything, and we were hungry. We google the closest latin restaurant and we found this location. They had food in a buffet style behind the counter. They had different type of soup. All kinds of meats and rices which meant the food will be served quickly. The food was delicious and low in sodium. The only thing that surprised me was that they didn't have red onion in the sauce, which is common for the green banana, no avocado, and no alcoholic beverages. Again, the food is the star.“

“**Review for Les Q**
I have been a loyal customer of Les Q for the past 4.5 years, and my experience has been consistently outstanding. The owner, Howie, truly sets this place apart with his warm hospitality and dedication to excellence. The staff at Les Q is equally amazing, always attentive and friendly, making every visit a pleasure.
The food at Les Q is consistently good, which is a rarity in many places. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you can always expect delicious, well-prepared dishes. The menu offers a great variety, and everything I've tried has been top-notch.
Overall, Les Q is a gem of a restaurant, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking good food. Kudos to Howie and his fantastic team for their exceptional service and culinary consistency!“

“Fresh food, great prices, big portions.Empanadas anywhere in the BX are $2-$2.50. here they are $1. Everything here was priced more affordably compared to any of the other Dominican spots on 138th street and in the neighborhood. Big plates. Also, they cater to the blue collar crowd. Lunch food is ready by 9:30AM. Perfect lunch spot if you're a city worker, construction, etc.“

“My favorite place for Dominican food. Sol was so helpful and sweet and helped me choose which types of food by explaining everything patiently. A wonderful staff person that makes me want to come back every day. The food is made fresh and it’s authentic Dominican food according to the locals. The place is beautiful and modern and clean. BTW if you get a special to go you can get a free can of (ginger ale or Sunkist). But if you eat in you don’t get the free soda. They already include 15% tip on your bill so no need to pay extra beyond the bill unless you want to. And if you get the grilled salmon steak special which is $11.95 and includes 2 pieces of maduro (sweet plantain) and rice it has bones. But if you get the fillet salmon they debone it and it’s more expensive at $24.95 and comes with 2 sides.“
