“I went to a family friend’s 70th birthday party they hosted in the Atlantic ballroom. The space was modern and very clean. The food was DELICIOUS!!! And the workers, Yiselle, Estrellita, and Shorty (blonde) made the event so memorable! They paid attention to every detail, whether it was filling our water cups, collecting unused plates and of course they did it all with a warm smile. They were kind, funny and very welcoming. I had a wonderful time! Thank you Yiselle, Estrellita and shorty!!!“

“I absolutely love this place. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, their food is incredible and there’s something for the whole family. I go very often when the work week gets crazy and there isn’t time to cook. Everything at Claudy’s is exceptional and taste better than a home cooked meal. I usually do take out family meal with a whole chicken and two sides. They have truly the most flavorful chicken, incredible chaufa, and I always get the yucca fries on the side. Their Aji empanadas are my go to and I love getting an 8 oz homemade green sauce. I cannot recommend enough!“

“Stick to breakfast food and you will be fine. Do not order salads and other items in the menu. They make good bagels, waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon and fries. The pastries and desserts are also really good. Make sure to only order those things.“

“This place is a hidden gem. I wish I knew about this place earlier . I ordered the Beef Stew with white rice and beans and let me tell you it tasted like my parents made it. The stew sauce was saucing and it was thick pause . New customer for sure ! I recommend to come in and eat next time I know I will ! Don’t for get the Passion fruit juice !“

The Customer service was great, the price was awesome, and the food was perfect! So much food half the party took to go plates. How'd I get so lucky to find these guys? Will definitely be using their catering services again. 5 STARS and well deserved!“

“I’ve never been , but would love to come again. Staff was billingual and I had a great lunch and it was a good piece for a lunch combo of rice bean and chicken . The chicken twist softly and the rice was soft and not overly salty or oily and just great food. They have low tables and bar. Maybe the bar stools are kinda small for other people but I liked the calm lighting too for a busy road. Good place to eat.“

My only suggestion would be for the servers to be more fluent in English, as well as Spanish. I totally enjoyed the food. It was fresh and plentiful, nice portion sizes. They also have a Happy Hour, and the drinks were also good. The only damper to my dining experience was the erroneous charge put on the bill, classified as Dining Entertainment. (18%) I asked about it and the explanation that was provided left me wondering who benefited from the additional charge. This charge was imposed on just two people dining, which left a bitter taste to my also perfect experience. In the future I will tip according to the service I received or find another eatery.“

“Delicious Dominican mofongo and lovely waitresses and service. Not your typical fancy looking American styled restaurant, so set the expectations accurately, however, the food is good and if you eat in, the service is adequate and friendly. Might return if I ever end to eat in the area.“

“The BEST food always comes from those mom and pop joints. I’ve had Dominican food in so many places, this one by far beats them all in regards to flavor and price. I been a customer for over 20 years. The meats are always marinated and seasoned to perfection. The Moro is always on point. You could eat the beans ALONE, that’s how good they are. I always get the maduros and potato salad as sides to complete the meals. I highly recommend this place but in regards to location, this is the hood so come early in the daytime and bring CASH.
