“I went to a family friend’s 70th birthday party they hosted in the Atlantic ballroom. The space was modern and very clean. The food was DELICIOUS!!! And the workers, Yiselle, Estrellita, and Shorty (blonde) made the event so memorable! They paid attention to every detail, whether it was filling our water cups, collecting unused plates and of course they did it all with a warm smile. They were kind, funny and very welcoming. I had a wonderful time! Thank you Yiselle, Estrellita and shorty!!!“

“Literally one the tastiest places I’ve been in NYC and I’ve been plenty of times and have had a lot of food. The potion size was amazing and the flavors were on point. I still think of the rice to this day! Most certainly a must try.“

“Stick to breakfast food and you will be fine. Do not order salads and other items in the menu. They make good bagels, waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon and fries. The pastries and desserts are also really good. Make sure to only order those things.“

“Visited during Sunday Brunch hours. Our group had a few brunch services an others food from the menu. Ordered the sampler and yanikeke w/ guacamole, both apps were cold upon arrival. Main course was delightful. Atmosphere is very family oriented, for the size of the location music was too loud making it difficult to have a conversation.“

“The food top notch; I mean top tier. The monfongo was prepared perfectly in a white sauce. The rice and beans were fresh and just how I like. Pork chops, juicy and fried to perfection. The food, never misses here. It was a bit loud for my old ears but that is probably more of a me issue above anything else. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for?“

The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The mac and cheese is my favorite and a must try ; rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious.

“This place is a hidden gem. I wish I knew about this place earlier . I ordered the Beef Stew with white rice and beans and let me tell you it tasted like my parents made it. “I’ve never been , but would love to come again. Staff was billingual and I had a great lunch and it was a good piece for a lunch combo of rice bean and chicken . The chicken twist softly and the rice was soft and not overly salty or oily and just great food. They have low tables and bar. Maybe the bar stools are kinda small for other people but I liked the calm lighting too for a busy road. Good place to eat.“

The Customer service was great, the price was awesome, and the food was perfect! So much food half the party took to go plates. How'd I get so lucky to find these guys? “I go to the salon that is next to the restaurant. I have never been to that restaurant. The salon is super good, they do beautiful nails and they wash your hair very well and they dry your hair magnificently. I recommend it, they are very attentive and the owner is very polite.“
