“I absolutely LOVE the food. I got a plate with oxtails, rice & peas, plantains and he makes sure your plate is full. Everything tasted like it was seasoned perfectly, the gravy was surprisingly light and delicious. I’m 1000% going back.
I sincerely doubt the bad reviews are from him, the plates aren’t even the same. I met his Mom too and she was really sweet! Made the experience even better ?

“The Healthy in Dyckman Juice Bar is one of my new favorites! The variety of food options available is mind boggling and I mean that in a good way. As someone who doesn’t eat dairy, I love it here. My favorite thing I’ve tried so far is the Salmon rice bowl. It’s so healthy, delicious, filling, and well priced! The avocado toast with the eggs was hitting too! You must give this gem a try. “A friend recommended this place and my daughter and I tried it out…she had the blueberry tea with lychee boba and I had the tamarind agua fresca. We also got a honey dew milk tea to go. I loved my agua fresca, the tamarind flavored one was both sweet and sour, very refreshing and at $5 it felt like a great value. My daughter loved the lychee boba but the blueberry tea was too sweet, she couldn’t drink it and that says a lot since my girl loves her sugar ? we will definitely try a different flavor next time! The honey dew milk tea was really good. Service was great! They also serve food, which I look forward to trying next time! In summary: agua Fresca was delicious, boba tea is a hit or miss depending on the flavor…this place tho is definitely worth a visit!“

“This looks like a new spot in the area and It was my first time there. I went to it because I was looking for the most healthy option around that area early in the morning. I do not regret trying it.

Everything we ordered was pretty good, from the expresso to the Avocado toast to the green juice and the smoothie. Again, every item was delicious.

Give it a shot and you will not regret it.“

“I’ve read some of the negative reviews and I can only imagine it was an off day or something as my experiences there have only been great. The main guy at the counter is very courteous and they are super at making your meal especially if it’s right off the menu. If you’re asking for substitutes or extras just make sure they heard you and got it right. I recommend the wraps and the paninis but I also get an egg platter or French toast. The juices are a bit pricey for me but I think most get them for the sake of drinking a healthy juice. I really like the place it’s the best all around deli all around here.

Their juices have help me get over a bad cold/sinus thing a few weeks ago. I ordered the O Flu, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice and their Kryptonite, ginger, cayenne pepper, lemon, A's Waterbomb in the last 4 weeks. I have juice spots in my area but they don't compare to Hemo's Spot. If there's any issue or questions the gentleman and staff there are very helpful. “We were visiting new york from Canada and were staying next door on Boston road. These folks are so nice ! We stopped in after a Yankees game for a drink and stayed till 3 a.m . We were given some great Jamaican food and sang karaoke with the regulars and danced and laughed .
