“Well what started out as "oh let's try this place" as we hunted for a new brunch spot has quickly become a fam and friends fav. This eatery is a hidden gem in the mount Haven section of the BX...who knew!? Love the rustic casual ,chill vibe & the rooftop seating on a summer day is everything. The food... fresh uncomplicated, there are halal vegan& vegetarian options. The chocolate croissant and vegan carrot cake 🥰 My personal favorite is avocado toast with turkey bacon , arugula or the goddess bowl add a great cup of coffee or Chai latte it's all delish!! To the staff are friendly and helpful. We love this eatery so much we just had my friend's son's wedding there, intimate, beautiful. A must try.“

“Just checked out Nourish, a new restaurant in the South Bronx, and it exceeded expectations. The decor is beautiful, the music sets the perfect vibe, and the overall ambiance makes it a great spot to unwind or meet up with friends.

Our server, King, was incredibly attentive and made sure everything came out perfectly. We ordered cocktails, sliders, and steak — and every single dish was spot on. The food, drinks, and service all came together for a really great experience.

“The cafe at Wave Hill is very roomy, and there is quite a bit of variety for its size, though the food is not very remarkable. There are plenty of staff, who are fairly friendly, when I visited last they didn't have milk for my coffee which was disappointing, but they gave me almond milk. We came here after watching a YouTube video of an Italian-American couple rave about the taste of Italy they had here, especially the coffee, and wow, it did not disappoint.

The staff were so friendly and kind as we ordered a selection of espresso, cappuccino, tiramisu, pistachio cheesecake, pear tart, and more pastries. And all were truly divine.

This is closest to the espresso I had in Italy, and it was so special to have my husband experience this not having been yet.

The place is simple, home-style, and very easygoing. It felt like a small family spot — I think the people running it might be Albanian. Super friendly atmosphere.

The lovely lady behind the counter served me what can only be described as a slice of heaven: a meat burek that was flaky, warm, and absolutely delicious. And the cappuccino was fantastic too.

My day started as a cold, windy disaster… and somehow turned into “okay, let’s grab a whole pie to go.”

IYKYK. We usually get the grilled chicken crepe and a sweet crepe. Both are always delicious. That being said, they can definitely go lower on the sugar content in the sweet crepes. Warning: It’s disgustingly sweet. It will leave you with diabetes. The boba drinks are delicious! I usually get a mango mix with lychee pieces. Also very sweet. Yes I have diabetes. Everything is made to order and within a reasonable time frame.2. The owners/employees are extremely courteous, engaging and respectful. Every time I go, I feel like family even though I don’t know them.3. It’s a small place about 10x10ft of customer space with one bar and some stools running along the side wall. That being said, it’s kept clean and it’s well lit. No bathroom as it’s a small establishment but there is one in the mall. “If you're looking for some of the best Dominican food in the US, it's here - down a few steps, in this pool hall. Everything was delicious, and I absolutely loved the habichuelas (beans).
