“Classic NYC Greek owned diner here. I get tested like royalty, their food is on point, they have great specials and the customers constantly rotate, so a wait isn't but so long. This is my neighborhood diner, so I'll always return. I have friends who dine here alone on random days of the week because it's a peaceful environment.

“I came here regularly when the original owner George was in charge. Charming guy who stopped what he was doing to yell Hello to everyone who walked in. The food was regular diner food that he elevated. Huge portions and decent price. He retired or left and people who worked for him took over. I rarely go now. Food is decent but prices went up and portions are smaller. The servers are good and personable. Place seems to always be busy since there are several schools and offices in the area. Still decent but you don't get as much value for your money and no charm and personality from George.“

Also, the quality of the food you would think that the prices would be way more than they are. This place is a hidden gem. I don’t understand why it’s not packed all the time.“

Checking below on the comment and saw someone wrote something bad about the cook. You must not know nothing about food. I on the other hand gurantee Oasis food is real good. I love the french toast, the Cheeseburger with Crispy onion rings and they steak sandwich wich sautéed onions is bomb. They also serve great mangu for all my latinos that like it. They also have great chicken noodle soup that cant be bought anywhere else. If you are ever around tiffany and east bay make sure to stop at Oasis Coffee Shop. Just down the block is a nice park where you can take your food and watch the manhattan skyline from across the water. Oasis also delivers if you need food at the park. Free delivery! Also try their home made lemonade!!! Idk what else to shout out cause all they food is good. They also make chicken tacos and amazing qusadillas. Authentic mexican cusine and the right touch to make tatse ? thank you Oasis for catering to all of us at the point.“

If I have to come to the bronx, I have to come here because their breakfast will fill me up to the point I can skip lunch??French toast breakfast, with tostones, queso frito, scrambled eggs & homes fries is my go to. “We were on our way to Red Lobster when we spotted this restaurant and decided to try it.
The briskett and Clam Chowder was their special and we ordered it.
It can with broccoli and mashed potatoes.

I spent 1/3 of what I would have spent at Red lobster. The food was delicious and the service was top notch.“

It has American, Mexican, and Dominican options (including a tres golpes breakfast that is solid). It’s always humming but somehow there’s always a seat. Cheaper and better than diners I had in Bk!“

“This Is My Go To For Breakfast, The Coffee is the best ☕. I'm there every morning. I've tried a few items on the menu, I'm Never Disappointed. 😋
On rare occasions when I cant make it on, I order online , my order is packed with care. I love the fact that they wrap up your beverage, which is great for sometimes things get shuffled around during delivery. I recommend this restaurant, there Pancakes 🥞 are the best ( I Hop Is Overrated ) they even have Meatloaf on the Menu.😋
